Hi, my name is Adam. I am a current first year dental student at QUB. I received an offer for Dentistry at Plymouth in 2021, however I decided to choose a “safer” option of Biomedical Sciences at Keele University. During my 3 year degree in Stoke, I realized my passion and desire to study dentistry which led to me reapplying for the BDS course in 2023, as a graduate – which is much more competitive than undergrad application. Upon successful interviews, I managed to receive 3 offers to study BDS and in the end decided to choose Queens University Belfast! Once I graduated from my BSc in Biomedical Sciences, my plan was to start the BDS course here in Northern Ireland which I am currently doing and thoroughly enjoying :). I have the benefit to you of applying successfully in both 2021 and 2023 and I know what makes a good interviewee and personal statement. In my free time I enjoy playing the piano I also enjoy playing and watching football and support Liverpool.
