Nice to meet you! My name is Riya, and I am PPE (specialising in Economics) graduate from the University of Oxford. I am originally from Cheltenham, where I studied Maths, Further Maths, Economics, and Physics for my A-levels. After finishing university, I will start a job in management consulting, and I hope to also continue tutoring. In my free time, I enjoy playing the violin in orchestras, travelling, and swimming.

I have extensive tutoring experience across many subjects, including: Economics, Maths, English, Philosophy, Oxbridge Entrance (PPE, E&M, and Economics), TSA, and 11+. I have taught across all age groups — from pre-school to Upper Sixth. I am passionate about education — I have just returned from a month in Indonesia, where I taught English in an elementary school, and I am currently finalising my TEFL qualification.

Hi, I’m LucyAnne! I’m 23 years old and I live in London. I work as an actor and freelance singer, and also part-time as a teaching assistant and a tutor.

I studied History, English, Music and Biology at A Level (3 A*s, 1A) and, while at school, also gained two diplomas in French Horn (LRSM and DipABRSM) alongside Grade 8 Singing (ABRSM) and Verse & Prose (LAMDA), Grade 7 Piano (ABRSM) and Acting (LAMDA) and Grade 5 Music Theory (ABRSM). I then undertook a BA in History and English at Oxford, during which time I was awarded two scholarships for academic achievement. Since graduating in 2021, I have also gained an Acting Diploma from the London School of Dramatic Art.

I absolutely loved my time at uni, and while at school I was lucky enough to have some amazing teachers that showed me how fun learning can be. I would love to be able to inspire others like I was inspired.

My hobbies include cooking, reading and going on walks around my local area looking for cats to stroke!

I’m Prerna, a recently graduated doctor from the University of Nottingham. Having secured acceptances into Birmingham, Manchester, and UCLAN, I bring extensive interview experience, specializing in MMI and Panel formats. I have had the privilege of assisting numerous aspiring medical students in their interview preparation and have helped students gain admission to universities including Warwick, UCL, Manchester, KCL, and Leicester. I’ve gained valuable insights into the interview process through my experience working for the Medical Interview department at the University of Nottingham. This exposure has provided me with a better understanding of how interviews are conducted.

Hi, my name is Arun and I am currently a 5th year medical student at Sheffield University. I had 4 interviews and received offers from all four. I am a well-experienced tutor having completed over 2000 hours of tutoring in a range of topics, from GCSEs and A-Levels to UCAT and interviews as well as university consultations

I was one of the few students to undertake the A-level exams in November 2020 after my exams were cancelled due to Coronavirus. I am dyslexic so I have weird and wonderful ways to remember critical information and I hope I can support prospective doctors (dyslexic or non) to achieve their dream of becoming a medical professional.

I was not labelled as your typical medical student by my school. I continued to persevere until I reached the goal that I set for myself, with the help of my family.

My name is Abena and I’m a 5th year medical student at the University of Oxford. As well as spending a large amount of time on my academic career, I have also dedicated myself to my tutoring ability with over 6 years of tutoring experience. Through my years of experience I have been able to improve my teaching skills and encounter a number of ways to assist a student in the their chosen subject allowing me to tailor sessions for the student in front of me. Furthermore, I’m a friendly, enthusiastic tutor, who enjoys helping students achieve their academic goals with discipline and consistency. With a proven track record of academic excellence at GCSE, and A level (4 A*) I have maintained a wide scope of discipline whilst at university. Before finding a passion for History and Philosophy of Science this year, I have previously taken university modules in Mathematics, Physics, Materials Science and Earth Sciences, making full use of the diversity the Cambridge Natural Sciences course provides. With over 5 years tutoring experience in the sciences and maths, I have developed an enthusiastic and positive approach to help you achieve your potential.
