Hello! I’m Halima, currently about to enter my final year studying Chemistry at Oxford. I have been tutoring for over 3 years now, with roles across all ages and backgrounds. I specialise in teaching A-Level Chemistry and Physics in particular, and my tutees have found my student-led teaching method useful. Additionally, I have helped mentor several students into receiving Oxbridge offers, helping them with personal statements to interview preparation. Haven worked as a University Admissions Advisor at Tanglin Trust School, Singapore I have been exposed to not just the University Admissions system in the UK, but across the globe. I am able to help my tutees not just in their specific subjects, but also make sure they feel supported throughout their educational journey. I am currently a Computer Science teacher at secondary school in London. I have an in MSc Physics from KCL with interests to pursue academia and research. Previously, I studied BSc Natural Sciences (specialising in Physics and Mathematics) at UCL. Coming from an interdisciplinary degree, I have been able to appreciate the interconnectedness of the varying sciences and mathematics. I have had tutoring experience with Medic Mind over the past 3 years, with a particular focus on teaching GCSE and A-Level Sciences and Mathematics. I aim to provide the quality of teaching tailored to a specific student, with an emphasis on their concerns and demands for their academic progress. My proficiency in the subjects I teach is also reflected in my completion of GCSE Sciences by Year 10. Hi! My name is Ruhab and I’m a final year student studying Dental Surgery in Leeds. Dental school application & interviews can be a daunting process, especially if you don’t know where to start. Having applied to dental school both as a graduate & undergrad, and having given interviews at three different dental schools, I am familiar with the variety of common interview questions asked and potential mistakes that applicants can make. Previously, I have tutored students online and have also helped dental and medical applicants refine and enhance their personal statements.
