Hey! I’m Esther, a second-year undergrad studying Classics at Oxford, and I’m very excited to support and help you in whatever study situation you may find yourself in! I myself struggled through the IB—constantly trying to cram the barrage of new information into my head while consolidating the concepts we’d just covered—and have had my fair share of time grappling with the slew of university essay deadlines that relentlessly impeller themselves my way. However, with lots of prayer, guidance, and trial and error, I managed to formulate several methods of study and accumulate lots of advice and tips that I do hope you find helpful. I strongly emphasise the value of understanding concepts rather than memorising facts and replicating them during the exam, as understanding allows one to accurately tailor-fabricate answers directly to each individual question, and thus a higher likelihood of scoring highly. I strongly believe that earnestness, honesty, and integrity within studies are cardinal values for every student and tutor: I will abet every student to to, God willing, become the best student that they can be, rather than forcing textbook-emanates fragments of information into their memories for regurgitation during exams. Ultimately, sustained success in school and university comes from performing the best that one can—exercising one’s own abilities to the fullest potential—and that is what I aim to have each and every student of mine achieve.

Hi there! I’m Sam, a friendly fourth-year medical student at Birmingham University. I’m here to help you get into the wonderful world of medicine by teaching you all you need to know to excel in your entrance exams and impress your interviewers. Medical school is famously fun, exciting, rich with learning experiences and prestigious but getting in can be hard and stressful. But I am here to help. I will go through any questions you have about any stage of the process, teach you tips and tricks for both interviews and exams that will make you stand out and share resources that helped me beat the competition. I will also share exclusive insights into what interviewers actually think about applicants and MMIs as I have worked with them in setting up interview stations and questions at my medical school and know what they are looking for in an answer. I am also very qualified to help. For both the BMAT and UCAT I achieved scores that placed me in the top 1% nationally and I received 3 medical school places and an Oxford interview. Now I am scoring in the top decile of my cohort at medical school – which is very relevant as I know well how to utilise what I learnt at school to make the most out of my medical education. I can therefore give you tips and tricks that will propel your exam performance into truly exceptional scores and can give personalised feedback tailored to your strengths and weaknesses. I can give you MMI style interviews much more accurately than most other medical students and tutors and have a unique insight into the mindset of examiners. A passionate tutor, with lots of experience teaching at all student levels, I have a love and drive for essay subjects. An Oxford Classisist, with straight A*s at GCSE and all 6s in my IB highers, I have always been the top performer, and pass on my knowledge on exam and essay writing technique to my students.

Hiya! My name is Benjamin and I am a fresh graduate who took History at Emmanuel College in Cambridge. I am a keen lover of all things history related and have a particular passion for medieval history. I love playing Touch Rugby and the Saxophone in my spare time, and enjoy reading further around my subject. I studied at St Albans School for Boys, and took a wide array of subjects for GCSE including triple science, maths, English literature and language, French, history, German and Ancient Greek. There, I scored nine 9 grades and one 6 grade (in English language). For A Level, I studied economics, history, politics and French achieving two A* and two A grades. This wide base of topics has equipped me with a diverse skill set to bring to any tutee session, allowing the most to be made of the time available to us!

I am keen to take on students at the moment, and can offer a wide range of teaching especially Oxbridge Admissions preparation as well as University Level history so please shoot me a message.

I am a patient, rigorous and highly experienced teacher, tutor, educational consultant, textbook writer, course designer and translator with over 8 years experience in the UK and EU.

I took my undergrad studies at the University of Warwick and Sciences Po Paris in PPE, followed by graduate studies in Mathematics and Philosophy at the Sorbonne and the University of Paris.

I teach Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Economics, History, Philosophy, English Literature and languages: French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Latin and Ancient Greek). I teach Mathematics, Economics and Philosophy to Undergraduate level.

Aside from my academic interests, I am passionate about music (especially Jazz, Gospel and Disco) and film, playing the piano, saxophone. I am also avidly interested in politics and current affairs (for better or worse).

Kia Ora! My name is Jasmine Stock and I am a 22 year old teaching assistant. I am currently living in London but I am originally from New Zealand, born and raised in Wellington. Before coming to London I completed my education in New Zealand, earning a Bachelors degree in Sociology with minors in Philosophy and Gender Studies. I absolutely loved my studies in Sociology and am thrilled that through my degree I was able to discover my passion for education.
I am currently working my absolute dream job in a primary school, working with children who have SEN needs. I have worked both as a 1-1 TA in a mainstream class, and as one of three adults in a smaller class of solely children with additional needs. I have tutored privately in my spare time throughout uni and continue to do so now that I work. Outside of work, I love to knit (most recently creating a number of sheep hats for my class nativity) and I love to read; I’ll read anything but my one true love is Agatha Christie! I am a high intermediate level Spanish speaker, and aim to be fluent by 2025
