Hello! My name is Eva and I am a Law graduate from the University of Cambridge. I have been tutoring for over 4 years and have helped many students get the grades that they want through personalised feedback and personal support. My students have ranged from primary school students to sixth-formers about to sit their A-Levels. I got 8 A*s and 2 As for GCSEs, 3 A*s for A-Levels (and A* in EPQ) and got full marks in my interview at Cambridge. I also got a score of 30 for my LNAT. I use my knowledge to push my students to achieve their best and I am passionate about getting you to where you want to be. I have helped over 15 students get into Oxbridge since I have been tutoring and all of them have benefited from my personal statement support as well as my mock interviews. Having completed 3 years of Law, I have an excellent eye for detail and a lot of skills that you as my student can take advantage of. As a tutor, I am an open book and always here to help and answer your questions!
Hiya! My name is Aryaman, I’m a second year Maths and Philosophy undergraduate at Oxford specializing in mathematical biology (on the maths side) and literary theory and ecological philosophy (on the philosophy side) – although I have been known to dabble in other subjects by stealing my friends’ reading lists; this will be very evident from the list of subjects I can tutor for.
And I’m here to help *you* with whatever it is you want to learn or practice for. Having gone through school myself not too long ago, I completely understand how studying in school may feel a bit dreary or unclear – it’s my aim to try and mitigate this as much as possible, by making classes as interactive and engaging as possible.
When I’m not tutoring or doing my degree, I like to write, draw, watch (and sometimes make) films, play videogames, take walks in random directions, and do biology things so that I fit in with my cool biologist friends in university.

I promise to help reveal the full potential of the student and support him or her to take full advantage of the opportunities offered by studies at the best English universities. I feel that my experience would allow me to meet and exceed the students’ expectations.
During my teaching internship in China, I have also taught Chinese students to a high level of English competency, thanks to being able to adjust my teaching style to match a student’s learning style. I know how important it is that a student feel confident in their work and I know how to approach students’ problems from multiple angles.
I am enthusiastic about tutoring because I love to see the student’s progress and their confidence in themselves increasing over time, and I look forward to bringing this enthusiasm to my tutoring with new students.
Hello! I’m Rhea, I am a first year Economics and Economic History student at the London School of Economics. I have two years of tutoring experience, helping students of all ages reach their potential in Maths and English, as well as Economics. By working with different styles of students I have found different ways of working with young people of different ages so I will be happy to frame the curriculum in a way which suits you!
I have also taken part in many maths challenges at every level. As someone who has only recently completed their A levels, and the university admissions process, I am happy to help with any concerns which you may have, both academic and with applications to a variety of top universities. Having been a part of many extracurriculars such as debating, volunteering, choir, orchestra and sport, I understand the importance of time management and have also helped students to develop revision styles which work for them and can help with laying a positive foundation of work during a busy period.
I have graduated from the University of Oxford with a 2.1 in Philosophy and Theology. Prior to attending Oxford, I achieved A*A*A* in English Literature, Latin and Religious Studies, with 5 A*S, 4 Grade 9s and a Grade 8 in GCSEs.
For the past few years, I have been a private tutor which has also entailed mentoring young students and seeing them progress and achieving their dream spots at their universities. This has enabled me to build client relationships and to handle multiple concurrent tasks, since I balanced tutoring with my ability to thrive in Oxford’s rigorous academic environment. I also believe that I work well under time constraints and to meet deadlines, which is an ability that my time at Oxford has prepared me well for.
I am well-placed to provide tuition at 11 and 13+, as well as English Language, English Literature and RE GCSE, A-Level and degree-level tuition. I am also up-to-date on examination syllabi and the requirements needed for achieving top marks.
I have tutoring experience in GCSE English Language, GCSE English Literature, GCSE Religious Studies and Oxbridge Classics admissions. I also mentor students in application for Oxbridge Classics, as I changed degrees in my third year, and assisted a student in her successful entrance to Oxford for Classics via personal statement, interview/test advice and general information about the course and university life. Therefore, I am available to support Oxbridge Classics admissions.

I am a recent 1st Class Cambridge University History of Art Graduate, who now works in the Secondary Art Market. I am passionate about sharing the subject’s richness and helping students build confidence, understanding, and skills in both deep visual analysis and historical context.
Having not studied Art History, or its equivalent, prior to Cambridge, I navigated the discipline independently, preparing for the Cambridge entrance exam and subsequent interview without any academic support. This process of self study and rigour, which led to a successful application, highlights my ability as a structured guide in the application and study of Art History.
My final year Dissertation focussed on the intersection between art and psychology, achieving a high first. Combining psychoanalytic theories with my own thesis surrounding the surrealist fetishisation of art, the Dissertation exemplifies my deep understanding of art from the post-war period and its influences as well as my ability to structure, plan, and complete a significant body of work alongside my studies.
This September I begun a job working in the secondary art market, which has exposed me to the contemporary art world, expanding my knowledge and artistic literacy to outside of ‘art history.’ I am keen to align the academic discipline of art history with the contemporary art world, encouraging my students to absorb and digest current affairs, improving their analytical skills and to visit as many galleries and exhibtions as possible!
I am passionate about sharing the skills which shaped my academic success; including first-hand experience of the current trends in higher education, having just graduated. I hope to be able to advise students on study skills, time management, task prioritisation and goal setting.
Durham University Philosophy Graduate with an offer to do Medicine.I can help two types of people. Those who are struggling in their humanities degree and those who want to study Medicine with a humanities background.
I understand how frustrating it can be to be behind your academic goals and feel like you are failing, especially when you have goals of Masters/Grad studies/Medicine/Law etc. That was me. My second year of university I was on a low 2.1 and thought the prospect of Graduate Medicine was fading away after a dismal application attempt. I have been through this and can help turn things around. I take time to carefully plan a route to a higher grade at undergraduate level and specialise in working with humanities students who want to make the jump to Medicine. The whole process is daunting and requires a bit of strategising to get you to an interview and ultimately a place.
