Hello ! I am a multinational (Spanish and British) Cambridge University first class graduate (2025), who comes equipped with a highly interdisciplinary background and passion for learning new skills. My interests within architecture are currently enormously varied because the subject itself is so vast! , but primarily lie in museum design and curation, sustainability and bamboo construction, and theoretical discourse on phenomenology and space.
Having been panel interviewed and successful for a number of committee roles and achievements at different scales (Head Girl, university applications… as well as current internship interviews) I am well versed in interview technique and experience. I am able to provide general Oxbridge interview/ mock interviews for humanities subjects as there is a substantial overlap with what I study in my course (particularly humanities interviews). I specialise in architecture, and have made multiple professional portfolios (and continuously make one every term for my degree), with an eye for detail, and so as well as mock interviews and general advice, I will happily advise in this key area.
I did five A levels, six AS levels, so have been through pretty much most academic scenarios and can provide tips for efficient revision, and efficient time management, in the similar way that worked for me.
My highly interdisciplinary architecture degree also means I am trained in professional presentation skills (persuasive presenting of work at least four times every week to a crowd), graphic skills in rendering, photography and videography, and confidence in all Adobe software. Analytical, academic essays are also a substantial part of the course and I further hone my writing skills writing university articles for the Cambridge Language Collective, Climate Journals and producing graphics for an Arts Magazine.
I’m Charlotte, a Graduate from the University of Cambridge with a Masters and BA in Physical Natural Sciences. I would love to help you achieve your academic potential! With a proven track record of academic excellence at GCSE, and A level (4 A*) I have maintained a wide scope of discipline whilst at university. Before finding a passion for History and Philosophy of Science this year, I have previously taken university modules in Mathematics, Physics, Materials Science and Earth Sciences, making full use of the diversity the Cambridge Natural Sciences course provides. With over 5 years tutoring experience in the sciences and maths, I have developed an enthusiastic and positive approach to help you achieve your potential. I’m a strong believer in practice exam questions as the key to success, so not only will I deal with the challenging concepts of the syllabus with clarity but teach you how to best apply this knowledge to an exam situation. I am unique in that as a Cambridge Organ Scholar I was able to apply to both Oxford and Cambridge, and thus have gone through the preparations for entrance exams and interviews for both institutions, before receiving an unconditional offer from Cambridge. This means I’m highly equipped to tutor both the NSAA and the PAT, as well as skilled at helping you to master the environment of the Oxbridge interview. I’m confident, concise, and committed to helping you achieve your fullest potential in your chosen academic avenue.
Hi there! My name is Issy O’Brien and I’m a fifth year veterinary science student at Aberystwyth University, in conjunction with RVC and currently in my fifth year.
I am available for help on personal statements (mine was one of the best in my year), veterinary interviews, veterinary application in general/advice, A-Level Biology/History and GCSE Biology/Chemistry/History/English Literature.
Previous to this I attended one of the highest scoring colleges in the country, who have a 85% rate of A/A* grades. In my A-Levels I achieved A*, A,A and received 3 interviews (Liverpool, Harper Keele, Aberstwyth/RVC) and 2 offers in my application (Harper Keele/Aberstwyth)- the highest in my year. I was able to attend many workshops put on by my college about applying, which I add to my teaching style for a real range of information.
I am incredibly passionate about all things veterinary, but especially large animals and equine, as I have a small flock of pedigree sheep at home! Prior to/during my application process I completed many weeks of work experience which greatly helped my success, but really helped me to find out why I wanted to be a vet and inspired alot of further reading.
I pride myself on working hard and being friendly and confident towards my students, I’m more than happy to cater to any needs and just want the best for them.
Since working for study mind I have taught many students, and this has only grown my skill and experience as a tutor, so I know exactly what students need.

Hiya! My name is Benjamin and I am a fresh graduate who took History at Emmanuel College in Cambridge. I am a keen lover of all things history related and have a particular passion for medieval history. I love playing Touch Rugby and the Saxophone in my spare time, and enjoy reading further around my subject. I studied at St Albans School for Boys, and took a wide array of subjects for GCSE including triple science, maths, English literature and language, French, history, German and Ancient Greek. There, I scored nine 9 grades and one 6 grade (in English language). For A Level, I studied economics, history, politics and French achieving two A* and two A grades. This wide base of topics has equipped me with a diverse skill set to bring to any tutee session, allowing the most to be made of the time available to us!
I am keen to take on students at the moment, and can offer a wide range of teaching especially Oxbridge Admissions preparation as well as University Level history so please shoot me a message.
Hi I am Alfred and I’m a third year medical student at the University of Birmingham. I recently completed my A-levels, achieving A*A*A*A* in Biology, Chemistry, Psychology and EPQ respectively. I also achieved a top 8% score in the UCAT (over 710 in every subsection) and specialise in teaching VR, QR, AR, DM and SJT. I currently have 400+ hours experiencing teaching UCAT to multiple students on medicmind. My most recent student on medic mind (2024) achieved 3180 and Band 1.
I have been an academic tutor within school since I was 14 and this sparked my desire to help people realise their potential and guide them to achieve the grades and progress that they are striving for. As a medic, I have a keen interest in biology and chemistry and this interest helps make my teaching style more interactive and has caused my previous students to gain an appreciation for the subject, as well as earn those top grades.
I have previous experience teaching GCSE Maths, A Level Biology, A level Chemistry, preparation for the UCAT exam and have also helped out students with the medical school admission process in the form of personal statement and interview advice.
Hey! I am a recent History graduate from the University of Cambridge.
Recognising the significance of the help I received in applying to university and completing my studies, I began my tutoring journey working with schools during the COVID-19 pandemic. During this time, I worked with high-achieving students going through key parts of the curriculum, with an aim of ensuring that students were not missing out on their academic goals because of the pandemic. Since then, I have worked with a number of organisations and students, delivering a high standard of mentoring and academic lessons to help students of all abilities achieve their academic goals.
For my AS exams, I ranked within the top 3 of her school for Psychology, History and Religious studies, achieving a minimum of 90% in the exams I sat. I later replicated this a high level of results for her A-Levels, that were completed in my final year. During my time at high school, I have held positions of Student Councillor, Executive Councillor and Prefect. I was also an active member of my school’s music society where I have delivered a number of performances on behalf of the school. I have also taken part in the debating society and competed in debate competitions around my local borough.
My aim is to work with you to achieve whatever goals you may have.

Hi, my name is Malaika, I am a 4th year medical student at the University of Plymouth. I studied a foundation year in medicine which required a lot of planning ahead and perseverance, but it gave me key insights on the unconventional path to medicine and how to apply with qualifications other than A Levels. I have worked hard to get where I am today from struggling in year 9 to thriving at medical school, I know how much hard work it takes to get here. I have been through this process and have struggled, and I know the amount of determination it takes to achieve those dreams, but I am here to help you. I am easy to talk to and willing to help at any given moment. I had to go through my studies and applying to medical school alone so I know how hard the process is, during this time I have developed many tips that I would have greatly appreciated when I was in those situations. I am always here to help, so if you have any questions, please feel free to ask!
Hello! My name is Katie.
I’m currently in my third year of the graduate-entry medicine at Cambridge. Prior to this, I did a BA in History at Oxford, so I came to medicine from a different background from most people. I’m glad I took the long way round though, as I’m particularly passionate about medicine as an interface between health and social problems. Understanding medicine as an craft or art, as well as a science, is something which is increasingly important in the NHS, and I’d be keen to share this passion with my students. I have a particular interest in pre-hospital care, and hope to specialise in emergency medicine.
Attending both Oxford and Cambridge has given me a great insight into their admissions process. Oxbridge is really about a style of thinking, about being able, and willing, to push your thinking outside of your comfort zone and engage with multiple, conflicting ideas. I feel lucky to have had such incredible teachers across both disciplines, and I’m excited to share style this with my students.
In my spare time I enjoy climbing (indoors mostly, but outdoors whenever possible), music and writing! I’ve recently taken up running, and I’m training for my first half marathon.
Hi I’m Amy! I’m a 5th year vet student at the University of Surrey and I love teaching.
I’ve been a mentor for the university for 4 years and have helped plenty of students gain entry into vet school – I absolutely love working with the younger generations. Through this role I have designed and lead sessions, led other ambassadors on activities such as residential summer schools, taught students about university life and key life skills and tutored in GCSE and Alevel science, maths and history. This has been for students from Year 13 all the way to Year 5.
I’m hoping to go into an equine surgery internship as a career after vet school and I would love to lecture and teach in some capacity as well.
In my part time I like spending time with the friends, my dogs and I’ve recently started playing Lacrosse.
