Hi my name is Nadia and I am a third year medical student at Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS).
I have been a university student for the past seven years, so I understand how stressful and challenging exams can be. I aim to create an environment where you feel comfortable to learn and work towards your goals. My approach is to adapt the learning style to the student to optimize their understanding and performance.
In terms of my academic background, I have experience with studying A-levels (biology, chemistry and physics), an undergraduate degree and masters (Biomedical Science BSc (Hons) and MSc).
Outside of medicine, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I also volunteer within the community as a first aider with St John’s ambulance. Alongside medical school, I also work as a phlebotomist.
Whatever your aspirations, I look forward to working with you to help make them a reality!
Hello! My name is Sehreet Kaur, and I’m a first year medical student. I’m thrilled to have the opportunity to introduce myself and share a bit about my journey as a first-year medical student and a tutor.
As a first-year medical student, I have experienced both the challenges and joys that accompany you in the field of medicine. While alot of my time is spent learning about diseases, I really enjoy sharing my insights and learning experiences with others, extending beyond my academic endeavors.
During my school years, I engaged in several tutoring assignments, honing my skills in helping others. I conducted pro bono interview sessions and facilitating MMI (Multiple Mini Interview) circuits for fellow students. These experiences not only enriched my understanding of the subject matter but also allowed me to appreciate the diverse journeys and aspirations of my peers.
Being a social person at heart, I genuinely enjoy connecting with different individuals and love swapping stories and experiences with anyone willing to share. This social aspect of my personality translates seamlessly into my teaching style. I think that getting to know the student and creating a personal connection makes the learning experience more fulfilling and enjoyable.
Tailoring my teaching approach to suit the needs of my students has always been a priority for me. This approach not only creates a deeper understanding of the material but also creates a space where both the student and I can grow together. Education is a two-way street, and I want to make the learning journey as engaging and rewarding as possible.
I believe that rushing through content may leave gaps in understanding, and I am dedicated to ensuring that every concept is thoroughly understood. To achieve this, I have developed a comprehensive time management system that covers all important content without the need for haste.
Medicine is not just my chosen field of study; it is my passion. Being in the first year of medical school has only deepened my love for the subject, and I am eager to share this enthusiasm with others. It brings me immense joy to help aspiring individuals secure a place in medical school and embark on their own journeys towards fulfilling their dreams.
Navigating the medical school selection processes can be daunting and stressful. I understand the challenges firsthand, and I am here to guide and support you every step of the way. Beyond academic assistance, I provide valuable insights into coping mechanisms to alleviate stress during the application and interview process. Additionally, I am always available for any interview-related or emotional support you may need.
I am excited about the prospect of working together, and I look forward to helping you secure a place in med school!
Hi, I’m Imaan. I’m a third year medical student at the University of Plymouth, I know the interview process inside out and I know that it takes A LOT of determination. I have independently achieved all my medical school offers and thats why I know that although it seems impossible, there’s always a way to achieve your dreams and I’m here to help you find it! I have lots of experience coaching students and am easy to talk to. I have had to deal with the daunting experience of applying to medical school, independently, including; taking the UCAT exam twice! This has taught me everything there is to know about the test and I have developed many tips and tricks. I am also a foundation student and this pathway requires a lot of thought and planning, I’d be happy to answer any questions regarding any of the unconventional pathways to medicine. My motto is always being there to help, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask them!

Hello! I am going into my 4th year of studying medicine at the University of Cambridge. Alongside my medical studies I have a YouTube channel where I share University advice (Rosiali). My hobbies include playing badminton, music and going to church.
I am familiar with what it takes to learn and succeed, having progressed academically each year of University. In my first year, I received a 2.2, in my second year a 2.1 and I have just graduated with 1st class honours from my pre-clinical medical studies at the University of Cambridge, having achieved top grades in my third year examinations. Thus, in tutoring, I hope to inspire and to encourage your child to realise their full potential, since I have gradually been learning the most effective ways to learn for myself, too.
I am particularly experienced with helping people prepare for interviews and writing personal statements for University applications. Students that I have worked closely with in the past have had a 100% offer rate for their desired Medicine/Dentistry University (UCL and Liverpool). Please do reach out; I am looking forward to working with your child.

My name is Ula. I completed pre-clinical medicine (3 years), so I hold a BA in Medical Sciences from Oxford. I then decided to temporarily step of out medicine to do an integrated PhD. I am currently a final year MD PhD student, specialising in rheumatology (genetic bone disease, specifically Marfan Syndrome). After my PhD, I am returning to complete the Clinical component of my medical degree.
Over the past five years, my teaching roles have spanned from personalised one-on-one sessions to leading larger, lecture-based groups, highlighting my flexibility as a tutor. I have tutoring experience in A Levels biology, chemistry and psychology, GCSE science, EPQ and medical admissions (entry exams (UCAT and the now-discontinued BMAT), interviews, and consulting on choosing medical schools). Of note, all students that I have tutored for medical admissions have secured offers for medicine, dentistry or biomedical sciences. I am also an undergraduate Medicine Tutor at St Hilda’s College, Oxford, where I lead tutorials in medical sciences. I also engage in scientific research education for first-year medical students during their practical sessions.
Aside from academia, I have a strong passion for increasing access to education, as illustrated by my active involvement in various outreach initiatives, where I promote access to higher education and medical research, aiming to inspire underrepresented students to pursue scientific careers.
