4About Me
Hi, my name is Fairoz,
I am currently a first year student at Cambridge and i have been tutoring young people for two years now and i love doing it! I make sure that the session is centred around the student and will always have your best interest at heart. i have learnt over the years how to make revision more engaging and how to ensure we get the best marks possible during those crucial exams.
i hope that i can bring a more optimistic approach to learning so that all my students feel confident in both themselves and their work to excel in their exams.
Aside from tutoring specific subjects, i can guide you through application process and interviews for majority of the social science and humanity fields, which i specialise in. This includes advising you on what readings to perhaps explore or how to include experiences into personal statements etc.
My teaching style
My teaching style is based around guided exam practice so we perfect both content and exam technique. I also like to make sessions discussion based so you as a student can take control of your own learning.
My past experience
i have been teaching for two years both at tutor centres and privately. From both experiences i have learned what works for certain students and how as a tutor i can adapt to their work habits and ensure we reach targets in time for their exams.
My Proudest Achievements
My proudest achievement is getting into my dream university on my own merit. It took years of dedication and passion and i want to help others get to this stage as well.
