Hi! I’m Dolores, and I’m a fifth year medical student at the University of Bristol.
About me:
– I achieved 4/4 medicine offers, to Nottingham, Newcastle, Exeter and Bristol university
– I scored in the top 0.01% of UCAT candidates in my cohort, with an average score of 867
– I achieved 3A*s at A-level, in biology, chemistry and maths
– I am a study leader at the University of Bristol, tutoring first year medics, with a focus on anatomy

Applying to medical school is challenging for a reason – universities want to select the best students in the country to become the Doctors of the future.
I can help you become one of those students, by offering support, guidance and tutoring across a variety of subjects, to make sure that your medical school application is as strong as it can be, while also making the process as stress-free and rewarding as possible.
My teaching style
I focus on developing people’s strengths, while improving on their weaknesses, by breaking down complex concepts and subjects into manageable chunks. I think it’s important to allow students to explore ideas through discussion and debate, and really challenge those who need to pushed out of their comfort zone.
My past experience
I tutor first year medics, teaching course content with a specific focus on anatomy. I also have prior A-level tutoring experience.
My Proudest Achievements
Getting into medical school is a big achievement for anyone, and I was amazed with what I managed to accomplish along the way. My UCAT score and A-level results are a testament to the work I put in, and I am proud of my dedication to the process.
