Alfred

Hi I am Alfred and I’m a second year medical student at the University of Birmingham. I recently completed my A-levels, achieving A*A*A*A* in Biology, Chemistry, Psychology and EPQ respectively. I also achieved a top 8% score in the UCAT (over 710 in every subsection) and specialise in teaching VR, QR, AR, DM and SJT. I currently have 110+ hours experiencing teaching UCAT to multiple students on medicmind. My most recent student on medic mind achieved 2990 and Band 1.

I have been an academic tutor within school since I was 14 and this sparked my desire to help people realise their potential and guide them to achieve the grades and progress that they are striving for. As a medic, I have a keen interest in biology and chemistry and this interest helps make my teaching style more interactive and has caused my previous students to gain an appreciation for the subject, as well as earn those top grades.

I have previous experience teaching GCSE Maths, A Level Biology, A level Chemistry, preparation for the UCAT exam and have also helped out students with the medical school admission process in the form of personal statement and interview advice.
