17About Me
Hey there! I’m a Data Science graduate from the University of London/London School of Economics. My undergraduate studies focused on statistics, while my A-Levels and GCSEs were focused on the science subjects. I was a consistent high achiever since childhood, surpassing all my classmates academically and in extra-curricular activities, and I would enjoy clearing up the doubts of my peers both in school and university. I’m also a McKinsey Young Leaders program participant, working on social impact to upskill young people and make the world a better place. I am currently a freelance coder and I am keen on providing as much support as I can to students looking for help with the subjects I teach, not only enabling them to ace their exams, but also equipping them with the right study skills and inspiring a deeper interest that might go on to become a bigger passion later on.
My teaching style
My teaching style depends on the type of student and usually tends to be very interactive. This means I encourage and guide students to refine their thought processes and come up with answers to questions themselves, rather than simply handing them the answers. I also push my students to use prior knowledge and think critically in order to connect the dots and comprehend concepts from different perspectives, arming them with an extra skill to tackle harder exam questions.
My past experience
Have achieved multiple awards during my undergrad and school years.
Have tutored more than a 100 hours.
Have experience tutoring international students of various backgrounds, both online and in person.
My Proudest Achievements
Obtaining A*A*A*A in A-Level, 10 9’s in IGCSE, Band 8.0 in IELTS with just 2 weeks of studying, First Class Honours in Undergrad with academic awards and a World Prize after 3 rigorous years of hardwork.
