8About Me
Hi, my name is Rookmini and I’m a medical student at Cambridge University. I did Biology, Chemistry, Maths and Physics at A Level and got 4 A*s. I used some of Medic Mind’s resources to help me when I was preparing for my interviews, so I would love to support other prospective medical students achieve their goals. I had the opportunity to help younger students when I was doing my A Levels, and I would go over the particular topics they were struggling with, explaining it in a way they understood. By applying the techniques that I learnt when revising for my A Levels, it has helped me in my degree work. In my spare time, I like playing the violin and singing in a choir.

My teaching style
I base the lesson around what the student particularly needs help with, and I trial many methods and techniques until there is one that they respond to particularly well. I try to keep everything fun and engaging.

I have done some mock Oxbridge interviews with the Oxbridge Launchpad
My Proudest Achievements
Getting 4A*s at A Level, especially Physics, as that is the subject that I had to put the most work into.
