About Me
Hello, My name is Aishna. Currently a third year business management student on placement year wokring at Lactalis UK & Ireland. I am from Delhi, India. I have done my schooling from there. I got a total of 95% in my final 12th class board examinations, which also helped my in bagging a scholarship from the university based on merit marks. I have previous experience in teaching as a teaching assistant at an institute. I would set test papers and mark them and clearing any doubts the children might have after classes. I will be friendly yet try to get the maximum output. I would try and get the kid comfortable and ask him/her how they want to be taught. I will try to be as flexible as I can. I really enjoy teaching and always thought that this is something I can do. I also want to explore this side of myself and believe I will excel in it.
My teaching style
I have a very easy teaching style, not complicated at all and easy to understand for students. I would first make the kids comfortable so that they are not shy and can get the maximum output from the classes. I will prepare weekly quizzes, very easy and fun, it would hardly take 5-10 minutes to complete it so that they retain the learnings. I would also give them regular homework not very difficult and they wouldn’t feel burdened by it.
My past experience
I do have past experience of teaching as an assistant to the head teacher at a coaching institute back at home. I would make question and answers, quizzes and summary for each lesson. I would also set question paper and clear any doubts after lessons got over if the children had any.
My Proudest Achievements
My proudest achievement for now is that I got an internship as an international student as an activity leader at a language school in the UK.
