13About Me
Iām currently in my final year at the University of Manchester studying cognitive neuroscience and psychology. Next year I plan to take a year out before going onto complete a medical degree at St Georgeās university in London. During my medical applications I sat the UCAT, BMAT, and GAMSAT and was offered a place at both UCL and St Georgeās following interviews. Prior to university I attended Latymer Upper School from year 7 to year 13 and completed my A-levels in biology, chemistry and maths alongside my EPQ. I have been tutoring for various levels since I was 16. Aside from tutoring I have worked many other jobs including sports coaching at primary schools and working as an administration assistant in a GP surgery. I also volunteered with children and adults with special educational needs during which I assisted in the running of activities.
My teaching style
I find regular testing to be effective in understanding weaker areas. I understand everyone learns differently and aim to find ways and methods to help people understand the material in front of them.
My Proudest Achievements
My proudest achievements are receiving two offers for medical school whilst studying at university and working full time over the summer I was completing my applications
