About Me

I am currently studying for an MEng in Computing at Imperial College London, one of the UK’s leading universities for STEM. I have a strong academic background, having achieved 10 grade 9s at GCSE and 3 A*s and one A at A-level, including in Maths, Further Maths, Physics, and Computer Science. Alongside my studies, I am passionate about education and have over three years of experience tutoring GCSE students in Maths, Physics, and Computer Science. I also founded a Coding Club at my school during sixth form, where I mentored students from Years 7 to 11 and helped spark their interest in programming. My teaching style is patient, adaptable, and focused on building both confidence and deep understanding in my students. I genuinely enjoy helping others achieve their academic goals and develop a positive attitude towards learning.

My teaching style

I focus on creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes. I adapt my teaching methods to suit each student’s individual learning style—whether that means breaking down complex concepts into simpler steps, using real-life examples, or providing extra practice to build confidence. My goal is not just to help students improve their grades but also to develop a deeper understanding of the subject and enjoy the learning process.

My past experience

I founded a Coding Club at my school during my A-levels, where I mentored students from Year 7 to Year 11, inspiring them to develop their coding skills and interest in technology. I also have over three years of experience teaching GCSE students in Mathematics, Physics, and Computer Science, helping them build strong foundations and achieve academic success.

My Proudest Achievements

Founded a Coding Club
I founded a Coding Club during my A-levels, where I mentored students from Year 7 to 11, helping them learn programming basics and complete small projects. It was rewarding to see their confidence grow week by week.

Tutored GCSE Students with Strong Results
Over the past three years, I have successfully tutored GCSE students in Maths, Physics, and Computer Science, with many of them improving their grades significantly and even pursuing STEM subjects further.

Achieved Top Grades While Supporting Others
While achieving top grades in my own A-levels and university coursework, I’ve also consistently supported peers through study groups and mentoring, which strengthened both my understanding and my communication skills.

Adapted to Online Teaching:
I adapted quickly to tutoring online when I was mentoring students at Learning center, developing clear resources and using digital tools to keep lessons interactive and effective.
