Hello! My name is Joyous, and I am passionate about helping students unlock their full potential through structured learning and encouragement. I am currently pursuing my MBA at the University of Oxford and previously completed the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants qualification as the youngest graduate in Southeast Asia. Alongside my professional career in finance and strategy, I have over eight years of experience teaching and mentoring students in both academic subjects and personal development. I also teach Business at an Oxford summer school, where I work with international students to develop their academic skills, critical thinking, and confidence. My approach combines subject knowledge with practical study strategies, ensuring students not only master content but also build confidence and independence in learning.
