Hello! I’m Zahraa, and I’m excited about the opportunity to help students achieve their academic goals. I am a Year 3 Medical Student at the University of Bristol, where I had to develop a strong foundation in subjects like Maths, Sciences, & even English. I’m passionate about education and believe that learning should be an engaging and rewarding experience. My teaching style is a hybrid approach that combines direct instruction with collaborative activities, creating a dynamic learning environment where students can actively participate and explore concepts. I aim to tailor my approach to each student’s needs, helping them build confidence, critical thinking skills, and a deep understanding of the material. I’m eager to share my knowledge, inspire curiosity, and support students in reaching their full potential.
My teaching style
My teaching style is primarily a hybrid approach, combining lectures with collaborative activities to engage students in diverse ways. I balance structured guidance with group work, encouraging active participation and peer learning. This blended method allows me to adapt to different learning styles while promoting critical thinking, teamwork, and a deeper understanding of the material. I believe that integrating various strategies fosters a dynamic and supportive learning environment where students can explore concepts both independently and collaboratively, building their skills and confidence effectively.

My Proudest Achievements
One of my proudest achievements is of course, getting into Medicine and the process of getting in. Additionally, I am proud of the positive feedback I’ve received from peers for helping them understand difficult concepts during study groups. These experiences strengthened my passion for education and motivated me to pursue tutoring.
