Hi everyone! I’m Eva, a Third Year Medical Student at the University of Oxford. I would describe myself as personable, trustworthy, and dedicated, committed to sharing what I have learnt so far on my academic journey to those interested in applying for Medicine especially at Oxbridge. This can be challenging to navigate alone and having been in the position of both the student and the tutor, I hope my insights into the application process and interviews can help! I also took a gap year before applying to Medicine and came from a state school background, so can offer additional support to anyone in similar circumstances. I hope to become an academic clinician with a foot in both the clinic and research, and accordingly will soon be starting my PhD in immuno-oncology! I also work as an Outreach Ambassador for my college in initiatives expanding access to Oxbridge, and enjoy writing about pathology ‘hot topics’ for my university MedSoc magazine and the Royal Pathological Society.
