I’m Charlotte, a Masters student at the University of Cambridge (Physical Natural Sciences), and I would love to help you achieve your academic potential! With a proven track record of academic excellence at GCSE, and A level (4 A*) I have maintained a wide scope of discipline whilst at university. Before finding a passion for History and Philosophy of Science this year, I have previously taken university modules in Mathematics, Physics, Materials Science and Earth Sciences, making full use of the diversity the Cambridge Natural Sciences course provides. With over 5 years tutoring experience in the sciences and maths, I have developed an enthusiastic and positive approach to help you achieve your potential. I’m a strong believer in practice exam questions as the key to success, so not only will I deal with the challenging concepts of the syllabus with clarity but teach you how to best apply this knowledge to an exam situation. I am unique in that as a Cambridge Organ Scholar I was able to apply to both Oxford and Cambridge, and thus have gone through the preparations for entrance exams and interviews for both institutions, before receiving an unconditional offer from Cambridge. This means I’m highly equipped to tutor both the NSAA and the PAT, as well as skilled at helping you to master the environment of the Oxbridge interview. Hello, my name is Mrunal, I am 22 years old, and I am a medical student at King’s College London after having graduated from Neuroscience also from King’s.
My specialist subjects would be Maths and the Sciences, but I also enjoy English. I achieved 8s and 9s in all subjects at GCSEs. I know how important a good teacher is – I was in the first year of doing the new 9-1 GCSEs and on many occasions, I would be teaching myself the curriculum. My revision methods fared well as I got into the top 5 for highest GCSE grades in my secondary school. I went to a comprehensive secondary school, but with my good GCSEs, I managed to get into a prestigious grammar 6th form.
Through experiencing both types of schools, I feel as though I know what students need to progress: they need to feel heard and confident enough to voice their problems, so we the teachers can guide them step-by-step.

Hello there! My name is Deborah Awe and I teach Maths and the Sciences for younger children all the way up to Year 8! My lessons are particularly aimed at young children to instill a love of the STEM subjects; this is crucial in order to be able to achieve a good grade at these areas in the near future! I currently tutor my youngest sister, who under my tutoring has been receiving straight A grades in this subject – a girl who once struggled to tell the time! I like to teach by understanding what my student does/n’t know – this can allow for me to home in on the areas they are struggling with, making the subject much easier for them. My lessons typically run between 30 minutes to an hour, depending on what the student needs, and what kind of topic area we are working on. I am very flexible with the lesson length so do let me know in advance! I currently study Maths, Chemistry and Biology at A level and have been predicted A A A, so best believe your child is in good hands 🙂
