Hi, I’m Saba! I’m a 4th-year medical student at Imperial College London with a real passion for teaching and helping students reach their full potential. Having achieved 9 Grade 9s at GCSE and 4 A*s at A-Level, I understand the dedication and strategy needed to succeed in these crucial exams. I also received offers from all four medical schools I applied to, along with a scholarship awarded for my interview performance, so I am well-equipped to guide students aiming for competitive courses like Medicine.
I believe no two students are the same — I tailor every lesson to suit each individual’s needs, learning style, and goals. Whether it’s mastering GCSE Science, excelling in A-Level Biology, or preparing for medical school applications and interviews, I’m committed to building confidence and achieving results. I genuinely love teaching and bring patience, encouragement, and passion to every session.Whether it’s GCSEs, A-Levels, or preparing for medical school applications, I aim to make complex topics clear, manageable, and achievable.

My name is Hannah! I currently study Chemistry at the University of Glasgow as my main elective, while also studying mathematics and biology as my other two electives. I am a passionate student in learning and in helping others and extremely enthusiastic to help other students. I offer great communication skills from previous and current part time jobs. I empathise with the pressure of wanting to do the best you can in subjects you are doing at school and wanting to do well in them for future plans. I want to help alleviate that stress for students through tutoring with the knowledge I have gained from school and university. I feel I can be relatable for those still in school and it may make it easier for learning. My friends and siblings regularly ask me to explain topics for them in their GCSE and A-Level revision.
Hello,
My name is Jonquil and I am a 2nd year medical student studying at SGUL.
During my school years I struggled to reach the top grades, and did not seem to be as ‘naturally talented’ as many of my other peers! As a result over the years I have been taught by many different tutors and teachers who have taught me a plethora of tips and tricks to aid and accelerate learning, to make those top grades easier to achieve. I have passed these on to all my tutees, who have all seen an increase in their grades throughout their time with me.
I have several years of tutoring experience, and have tutored GCSE maths and english all the way through to BSc Biomedical Science (degree level), including medical applications. Through, this I have created an expansive range of tutoring resources, to help each type of learner- so I can assure you I have something that can help everyone!
My personal academic history includes:
-10 GCSEs (graded A and above) including Food Science, PE, Geography, RE and seperate sciences (along with the normal compulsory GCSEs)
– 4 A levels: Maths, Chemistry, Physics and Biology
-UCAT (Score of 2850, and band 1 in situational judgement)
– BSc (with hons) Biomedical Science degree (this degree was accelerated, meaning I completed a 3 year degree in 2 years)
Outside of tutoring school subjects, I have teach and coach Sailing (from beginngers to racing) for both adults and children over the age of 8). I also volunteered at Beavers (aged 6-8) for 3 years.
Hopefully, you can see I am comfortable and confident in my ability to teach a large range of ages and subjects. However, I am more specialised in the sciences and the medical application process.
Please let me know if you have any queries- I look forwards to hearing from you 🙂
Jonquil

I’m Emily, currently studying at economics and management. I would love to support anyone who needs help in their academic journey, helping them succeed by imparting my knowledge at techniques. I achieved all grade 9s at GCSE, so know how to help students in a broad range of subjects. I also achieved all A*s in my A levels, and am still passionate about my A-level subjects.I try to be flexible in my approach to tutoring. For students who need more guidance, I offer structured lessons with detailed explanations. For more independent learners, I foster problem-solving and self-learning by guiding them through the process rather than simply giving answers. My goal is to adapt to each student’s pace and ensure they are confident in the material we cover. Also, I believe in continuous feedback and open communication, so I regularly check in with students to gauge their understanding and adjust my approach based on their progress.
Hi, my name is Laura-Kate. I am a final-year psychology student at Queen’s University Belfast. After I graduate, I hope to begin a Master’s in Clinical Health psychology.
I took Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at A-level. I would love to tutor GCSE and KS3 students in Single-award and Double-award science, Biology, Chemistry, Maths, English language and Food and nutrition. I am also interested in tutoring Psychology at GCSE and A-level.
I’m here to help you achieve your best! I also understand that everyone learns differently. We can work through individual topics, go through past paper questions or I can teach through a full module, and you can ask as many questions as you wish. For mathematical questions, I find creating an example of a question worked through to the correct answer is a helpful reference when trying questions yourself. I’m also here to provide my own study tips, advice and tools that you can take away and implement in future studies.
In my spare time, I love baking, a good cup of coffee and hanging with my cat, Jasmine.
I look forward to getting to know you!
