Hi! My name is Roheena and I’ve just finished my degree in PPE at Merton College, Oxford. In my spare time I enjoy going to the gym, volunteering with charities I care about and learning new languages (currently working on my Mandarin).
Throughout my studies I, like most people, have had ups and downs, but I’m a firm believer that if you are willing to stick at something, it will work out, whatever your goal is. For me, my goal was nine level nines at GCSE and going to Oxford; I’m pleased to say I’ve had a wonderful time doing both. While I don’t yet know what your goals are, I’m keen to be with you as you work towards achieving them!
Pre-warning: I have a very cute (I promise!) cat called Winter who I love very much. I cannot promise she won’t feature in the background of a video camera if given sufficient opportunity. I can promise you will have all of my attention, however jealous she may be.
Hi, I’m Mamta, a first year medical student at the University of Birmingham.
I’m very passionate about teaching and have been tutoring for more three years, helping with personalised exam preparation and revision techniques based on first hand experience as well as supporting younger students with key skills.
I achieved 3A*s as well as 10 Grade 9s in my GCSEs, so I feel that I am able to draw upon my own experience to help students with the content covered as well as key revision tips. This includes creating a revision plan from the very beginning so that when it comes to exams, these are as stress-free as possible. I also find that frequent reviews of prior topics helps to really ingrain knowledge and means that it is more intuitive to recall or apply when it comes to practice questions.
Hi, I’m Vansh, a third year medical student with a keen interest in tutoring! I have had a difficult journey into Medicine which has made me all the more motivated to help students get into Medicine and succeed. After doing the IB programme, I missed my Medicine Offer and was forced to take an unplanned gap year, resit one of my subjects and reapply to Medicine. However, I was successful in my application, achieving offers from all of my interviews across both application cycles.
Applying to Medicine across 2 application cycles has given me a great insight into how different medical school interviews work, what the interviewers are looking for and how to succeed. As well as this, I have been on MMI panels so sitting on the other side has given me a lot of knowledge and tips about how candidates can present themselves well, be confident and get those all important offers.

Hey guys, my name is Pragyan Pratyush, and I am First-Year Student at the LSE, where I am en-route to getting first-class honours. I am pursuing a BSc in Economics but would highlight Economics, Mathematics, Physics and Business Studies as my subjects of strength. I’m part of the Cricket team here and a couple of other societies, like an executive member of a social policy podcast, and I hold roles as a student consultant.
I was the IBDP world topper in high school, getting 45/45 in the May 2022 Examinations with an A in TOK and an A in EE. Apart from that, I was an active member of the school community via my active involvement in organising student events. I organised multiple events like upwards of 30 debate events, charity runs, TedXYouth events, tutoring programmes, student start-ups, etc. I also played numerous sports, including but not limited to cricket, basketball, and football.
Here’s about me! I’m an avid, highly social learner and love interacting with new people. I find great motivation in helping people, especially in academics, and I love to chat about all sorts of things like movies, sports, songs, stupidly hypothetical scenarios, etc.
I look forward to working with some of you. Hopefully, I can be a catalyst in your dreams being materialised 🙂
Hello! My name is Sahana and I am a 2nd Year student at Imperial College London studying Bioengineering. I absolutely love my subjects of physics, biology, chemistry and math and am a very passionate student scientist, enjoying my current studies in applying engineering principles to healthcare and medical fields. I have always loved teaching, and I am excited to share my passion for my subjects by conducting engaging and fruitful classes to help guide your studies and preparations for school, and hopefully make the seemingly daunting experience a lot more approachable! Having recently completed my high school exams little over a year ago and scoring highly overall (43/45 in the IB with Physics, Chemistry, Math, English, Economics and Spanish as my subjects), I want to share the tips and methods for revision and practice that have worked for me to help students also achieve their goals as well, taking time during sessions to clarify any doubts one may have on certain topics and guiding students to be able to tackle problems by going over concepts and doing practice questions
I am currently a 2nd year dental student studying Newcastle University. Having taken a gap year, I had the opportunity to work as a supply teacher at Wallington County Grammar School, one of the best schools in the country where I taught multiple lessons such as KS3, KS4/GCSE mathematics, chemistry, biology, physics, religious studies, philosophy and ethics, geography and both French and Spanish. I also tutored GCSE Science & Maths and A Level Maths with my A level maths student receiving an A.
During my years studying at Wallington County Grammar School, I sat my maths GCSE a year early, in Year 10, and still managed to get an A*. This was one of my seven A*s I achieved at GCSE which included all 3 sciences as well as both French and Spanish. I love learning languages and being a native French speaker gave me a big advantage when learning Spanish and the ability to teach my students the correct pronunciation. I also was the Sports Captain for my house and a Senior Prefect in Year 13.
