Hi there! My name is Grace and I have recently finished a French Literature MSt at Keble College, Oxford, for which I received a Distinction. I also completed a History and French BA for my undergraduate at Somerville College, Oxford and got a First Class. I’ve been tutoring for several years now so I have lots of experience, and I really enjoy being able to help students wherever I can. I’ve always put my academic studies first, and I know how important it is to do your best in exams; I find it extremely rewarding when I can help students to achieve this. I have experience working with students with SEN; dyslexia, ADHD and ASD.

I have experience teaching A-Level Law directly into schools, so I am familiar with the exam boards, teaching methods and materials. I am also offering a pre-recorded package of A-Level law lessons. These will be charged at rates less than my hourly rate. These do not have to include ongoing tutoring and will just be lectures that my students have found helpful. They then do have weekly support with me. My students who have taken up this option have found it particularly useful for year 12 students whose teaching was interrupted by Covid. The lectures cover the whole of the A-Level syllabus. For an additional fee, as a package, if you still do not want tutoring lessons, I can provide you with questions to answer and return them to me to mark for you too. I am in the process of creating a group mini-series of lessons as an ‘Introduction to Law. It will cover the foundations of the legal system and introduce you to law and technology, law and morality and law and society. This can be carried out as group lessons (reduced hourly rate) and also as 1:1 support.

For students who enjoy extracurricular – I will be starting a mini-debate/moot club which will be group sessions, and we can debate a different topic each week or have a mini-moot. If you are interested in this, please do let me know.

I also offer group and 1:1 lessons on OSCOLA referencing and research using LexisNexis. (I can do Westlaw too, but I personally prefer LexisNexis), if this is something you are interested in, then do let me know.

I also provide a proofreading service for essays, coursework, dissertations etc. I can also offer guidance on how to structure the essay ahead of writing it, so there is a starting point that will help you obtain the best possible grade and not involve a re-write after proofreading.

There are different levels of packages available, which are dependant on; word count and turnaround time. All prices include a video call to go through any feedback afterwards. All documents will be returned using a track changes document. Discounts for students already receiving tutoring, multiple essays, or return on the same essay following feedback will apply. Hello ! I am a multinational (Spanish and British) second year architecture student, currently at Cambridge University, who comes equipped with a highly interdisciplinary background and passion for learning new skills. My interests within architecture are currently enormously varied because the subject itself is so vast! , but primarily lie in museum design and curation, sustainability and bamboo construction, and theoretical discourse on phenomenology and space.

Having been panel interviewed and successful for a number of committee roles and achievements at different scales (Head Girl, university applications… as well as current internship interviews) I am well versed in interview technique and experience. I am able to provide general Oxbridge interview/ mock interviews for humanities subjects as there is a substantial overlap with what I study in my course (particularly geography, history, HSPS, archeology). I specialise in architecture, and have made multiple professional portfolios (and continuously make one every term for my degree), with an eye for detail, and so as well as mock interviews and general advice, I will happily advise in this key area.

I did five A levels, six AS levels, so have been through pretty much most academic scenarios and can provide tips for efficient revision, and efficient time management, in the similar way that worked for me.

My highly interdisciplinary architecture degree also means I am trained in professional presentation skills (persuasive presenting of work at least four times every week to a crowd), graphic skills in rendering, photography and videography, and confidence in all Adobe software. Analytical, academic essays are also a substantial part of the course and I further hone my writing skills writing university articles for the Cambridge Language Collective, Climate Journals and producing graphics for an Arts Magazine.

Hi there, my name is Ronan Goss and I am a recent 1st class land economy graduate at the university of Cambridge. Since I was 16 I have tutored various students in a range of subjects and levels, including mathematics, business and economics. Since then I have worked with a range of students for both GCSE and A-level, and I can work with exam boards such as Edexcel, AQA, IB, and WJEC. More recently I have tutored 8 students who have applied to Land Economy at Cambridge, assisting in personal statement writing, admission tests, and interview preparation. My name is Ruairi (think roar-ree). I have recently graduated from the University of Cambridge with, among other things, a first-class with distinction in my dissertation on public policy. Throughout my time at Cambridge, I have taken papers spanning development, economics, law, and policy. I am combining the knowledge and skills I gained during my undergraduate degree to become a corporate lawyer at a global, Top 20 AM Law firm.
