Hi, I’m Mamta, a first year medical student at the University of Birmingham.
I’m very passionate about teaching and have been tutoring for more three years, helping with personalised exam preparation and revision techniques based on first hand experience as well as supporting younger students with key skills.

I achieved 3A*s as well as 10 Grade 9s in my GCSEs, so I feel that I am able to draw upon my own experience to help students with the content covered as well as key revision tips. This includes creating a revision plan from the very beginning so that when it comes to exams, these are as stress-free as possible. I also find that frequent reviews of prior topics helps to really ingrain knowledge and means that it is more intuitive to recall or apply when it comes to practice questions.

Hi, I’m Vansh, a third year medical student with a keen interest in tutoring! I have had a difficult journey into Medicine which has made me all the more motivated to help students get into Medicine and succeed. After doing the IB programme, I missed my Medicine Offer and was forced to take an unplanned gap year, resit one of my subjects and reapply to Medicine. However, I was successful in my application, achieving offers from all of my interviews across both application cycles.

Applying to Medicine across 2 application cycles has given me a great insight into how different medical school interviews work, what the interviewers are looking for and how to succeed. As well as this, I have been on MMI panels so sitting on the other side has given me a lot of knowledge and tips about how candidates can present themselves well, be confident and get those all important offers.

Hi! My name is Callum, a second-year undergraduate studying at Brasenose College, University of Oxford. I have tutored for many years now, helping students with admissions tests, personal statements and interview preparation for Oxbridge.

I also tutor A-level and GCSE subjects. This started during my time in sixth form when I was selected by my school to tutor their GCSE students, helping students smash their exams and reach their potential.

Having worked alongside teachers, I am very familiar with exam mark schemes and know what examiners are looking for. I know the pace of teaching can be especially fast in schools, and I believe a very solid foundation is needed before progressing to exam questions – something we can build!

My degree, Economics and Management, balances Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, Probability and Statistics with a plethora of management disciplines and finance. Prior to attending Oxford University, I received 3 A* grades at A-level in Maths, Economics and Physics. So, I have developed and demonstrated a thorough understanding of the material I teach.

I’m Emily, currently studying at economics and management. I would love to support anyone who needs help in their academic journey, helping them succeed by imparting my knowledge at techniques. I also achieved all A*s in my A levels, and am still passionate about my A-level subjects.I try to be flexible in my approach to tutoring. For more independent learners, I foster problem-solving and self-learning by guiding them through the process rather than simply giving answers. My goal is to adapt to each student’s pace and ensure they are confident in the material we cover. Also, I believe in continuous feedback and open communication, so I regularly check in with students to gauge their understanding and adjust my approach based on their progress.

Hi! My name is Eesher and I have recently graduated from the University of Cambridge where I studied Geography. In September 2025, I will begin a part-time Masters degree in Urban Studies at UCL. Outside of my studies, I enjoy playing tennis and padel, and I also practice guitar and piano.

Over the last 3 years, I have had experience working as an academic insights mentor for a summer school in Cambridge offering academic guidance to prospective students. This experience has shaped my tutoring style, which focuses on creating an engaging environment for students to actively participate in.
