Hi I am Aanchal! Im a 3rd year medical student at the university of buckingham. I love teaching and tutoring and helping others gain knowledge for many reasons, most importantly the rewards of my students passing is like no other. I have tutored before and have been successful at it and as a tutor I am very flexible and friendly and am able to meet your needs to avoid disappointment. I was born raised in England but am interested in health in other countries as well. I have quite a bit of experience in the medical field and would love to share this knowledge as everyone should benefit. Outside of teaching, my hobbies include playing video games, listening to music, watching movies, and photography. I am an exceptional educator and experienced teacher of English language and Literature. I have a diverse background in teaching British qualifications, specifically Cambridge IGCSE, Edexcel International GCSE and IB. Currently, I am working with various groups of learners within the Cambridge IGCSE curriculum, including Year 11 EFL, Year 11 ESL (Core), Junior Secondary (following the Cambridge Lower Secondary Checkpoint), and Cambridge International AS & A-Level (Literature in English). Additionally, I am a qualified CAIE Assessment Specialist Examiner for AS/A Level Literature in English 9695, AS/A Level English Language 9093 and First Language English 0500. Hello! My name is Jaimini and I have graduated from the University of Oxford with a first class degree in Classics. I specialised in Greek literature and philosophy but also had the chance to hone my Latin skills. I am keen to help out with CAT preparation, mock interviews, personal statement help and anything else Classics admission related.

I did English Literature and History to A level too, and have kept up my passion for modern literature (my favourite novel is Daphne Du Maurier’s Rebecca, which I completed an EPQ on). I am also keen to tutor English up to A level. I can help with both essay writing and general text based revision, having myself achieved the highest mark in the world in English Literature GCSE and continuing the subject onto A level, achieving an A*.

In my spare time, I really enjoy playing the piano and collecting vinyls to listen to on my record player. I am also a bookworm, so always happy to try and weave in my students’ favourite books into sessions when possible :).

With a bachelor’s degree in early years and childhood studies, completed PGCE and over five years of hands-on experience in both public and private settings, I have developed a flexible and responsive approach to suit the varying needs of children at this vital stage of their education.

I strive to implement creative activities that not only enhance academic skills but also promote social and emotional growth.Over the past few years i have worked in various setting and done face to face learning and online learning. I believe my experiences have provided me with vital life experience that is necessary to be a successful and creative teacher. In my previous position I have taught online and face to face. In my opinion online learning can be very affective as well as face to face learning. In addition, while teaching online I was able to learn various strategies to support children learning and plan according to each learner. As a teacher I believe it is important to know various strategies to support my learners need which will have a positive effect on their learning. For example, in my class I had a child who was not confident with his speech. Within my lesson I introduced pictures to support the child and it helped the child with his speech as well as he engaged in the learning and could visually see his learning.
