I loved my experience with Study Mind. The tutors were very friendly, and I liked how they tailored the approach to my weaknesses, with regular homework and testing in between the Zoom 1-1 lessons.

Hi, I’m Fakhir, a welcoming and friendly medical student at IMS Milan (University of Milan) running 3 medical societies and president of the LifeStudy tutoring Society. From my experience, I know how convoluted and difficult the Medicine Application process can be, especially with the strict deadlines we must follow to achieve the outstanding scores necessary to get offers. Through this platform, I will extensively train you to learn and understand the most beneficial techniques needed to tackle the entrance exams to ensure you achieve the best results possible.

I attained 4A*, and 7A grades in my GCSE’s plus A*AA (+A* in my EPQ) at A-level. During my A-levels I sat my UCAT and ranked in the top 10% decile. In the same year I also sat my IMAT exam and ranked in the top cohorts, ultimately deciding to study abroad. Despite that, I received interviews from all 4 medical universities and offers from 3 medical schools.

After my A-levels I sat the BMAT and scored exceptionally well, resulting with an average 6.5. Whilst being a student, I have delivered tutoring lessons on various platforms and have worked with students to guide them on UCAT, IMAT, BMAT and interviews. Through MedicMind, I will share the resources, methodology and most importantly the concept behind each exam specification so you feel comfortable and sufficiently prepared for your exam. This approach will ensure you can get the results you desire. In the past months I have tutored and assisted many students and I am looking forward to working with you.

Hello! My name is Sunanya and I am currently studying medicine at Imperial and am happy to tutor Biology and Chemistry up to A level as well as any part of the medical application process. I did biology, chemistry and maths A level as well as history in year 12. I’m not one of those people who has always loved my subjects and they often have a bad rep, but over the years I’ve really grown to enjoy them and I’d like to help other people grow to love them too.
I love to read and listen to music as well as staying generally active either at the gym or rowing. I also love going out with my friends and exploring London because I’ve lived in Durham most of my life so it’s a massive change.
I want to be able to help students as much as I can, whether it is with specific topics or even just general advice for these subjects or applying to medicine because I know how daunting it can be. I am easy to reach so feel free to contact me with any questions or to book a lesson!

Hi, my name is Arun and I am currently a 4th year medical student at Sheffield University intercalating in a clinical research project. I completed my A-levels, UCAT, and medical interviews in 2020. I had 4 interviews and received offers from all four. I am a well-experienced tutor having completed over 1500 hours of tutoring with Medic Mind in a range of topics, from GCSEs and A-Levels to UCAT and interviews as well as university consultations

I was one of the few students to undertake the A-level exams in November 2020 after my exams were cancelled due to Coronavirus. I am dyslexic so I have weird and wonderful ways to remember critical information and I hope I can support prospective doctors (dyslexic or non) to achieve their dream of becoming a medical professional.

I was not labelled as your typical medical student by my school. I continued to persevere until I reached the goal that I set for myself, with the help of my family.

I hope we can work well together and achieve what you want, just like I did. 🙂

      Hello everyone,
My name is Mohammad, and I am a graduate of King’s College London (KCL). I am currently practicing as a dentist and am passionate about helping others achieve their academic and personal goals. I consider myself a hardworking, dedicated, and enthusiastic individual who is always eager to share knowledge and support students in their learning journey.

Academically, I achieved outstanding results in my A-levels—A*A*AA in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Persian—and obtained 9 GCSEs with top grades, including A grades in Mathematics, Science, and English. I aim to inspire confidence in my students and encourage them to believe in their own abilities.

With over four years of tutoring experience, I have successfully helped the majority of my students reach or exceed their target grades. My teaching approach is structured and student-focused. Each session typically begins with a thorough explanation of the topic, followed by assessment to ensure understanding. I address any difficulties before concluding the lesson and often assign homework to reinforce learning and familiarize students with exam-style questions.

I have in-depth experience teaching across various exam boards and tailor my approach to suit individual learning styles. In August 2020, I completed a mentoring course that further enhanced my ability to understand and support students. This training has enabled me to develop personalized learning plans that align with each student’s unique strengths and needs.

I believe that with the right guidance and support, every student can realize their full potential. I look forward to the opportunity to help more students succeed.

Riya was a very kind and engaging tutor, she explained some difficult concepts in a very simple way. I like how she used her pen to annotate during lessons, and she made sure to monitor my scores and progress by setting GAMSAT homework between every lesson we did.

          Frequently Asked Questions

We understand that you might have some questions before booking your first lesson. If you can’t find the answer you’re looking for in the FAQs, feel free to contact us!

          ❓ Who are the tutors?

Our tutors are all interview experts who have worked with hundreds of students at all levels. Many of our team members are top medicine students at prestigious medical schools. Study Mind can assure you that they are all of the highest calibres. We will make every effort to locate a tutor who has been interviewed at one of your universities in the subject you require.

🤔 When should I start my lessons?

Medical schools frequently give only 10-14 days' notice for interviews, and preparing for the interview cannot be done overnight! This is why we advise starting as soon as feasible. We have a wide range of students who visit us. Some students arrive one month in advance, while others arrive one week in advance. We will adjust our pace based on your interview and preferences.

🎓 Do I get to pick my tutor?

Absolutely! We will do all in our power to suit your needs, whether they are for a male or female Medicine Interview Tutor, a post-graduate or undergraduate Medicine Interview Tutor, or a Medicine Interview Tutor from a specific university and topic. Simply tell us about your preferred Medicine Interview Tutor! We'll provide you access to the profiles of all of our Medicine Interview Tutors so you can pick and choose who you want to work with.

🌍 When do you have the lessons?

We can easily accommodate your schedule; we can work evenings and weekends as needed. Study Mind teachers are adaptable and will give you with as much Medicine Interview assistance as you require.

📚 How many hours of tutoring do I actually need?

There is no need to implement a certain plan. Some students work with us for ten, fifteen, or even five hours. 90% of our students have at least 20 hours, which we encourage because it allows us enough time to go through all four stages and practise with you. But we are adaptable. Following the paid trial, you will be able to make a better-educated decision.

📝 How do I prepare for the Medicine Interview?

The day of your Medicine Interview appears to be the most nerve-racking day of your life! To assist you in preparing for your interview, we provide the following resources: Know your thing and conduct additional research about Medicine University and your field. You're applying to one of the greatest universities in the world! Pre-read your personal statement to ensure that nothing is left out! Wear something comfortable.
