Hi, I am June, an overseas student from South Korea studying medicine at UCL Medical School. I attended Harrow School for five years before applying to medical school in the UK. I also applied for Neuroscience in the US, accumulating over $400,000 in scholarship awards and receiving offers from Ivy League universities. My tutees have received offers from Harvard, Yale, and Imperial.

I chose to stay in the UK since I believe that medicine is a worthwhile career to pursue. My experiences with leading institutions (UCL, Cambridge, Yale, Brown) and their different admissions process have provided me with confidence in my ability to guide younger students through medicine applications which can often be convoluted, confusing, and unique.

I particularly understand the difficulties faced by overseas medical applicants who have to fight for severely limited places in medical school. I look forward to successfully guiding future tutees through the application process and showing that there is a light at the end of the road.

I’m an experienced tutor with over 8 years of teaching, including 6 years exclusively online.
