Hi, I’m Meera , a second-year medical student at the University of Manchester, where I’ve not only excelled academically but also gained extensive experience supporting fellow students. With a 2940 score on the UCAT, I was successful in securing offers from all four of my medical school applications, and I’ve since helped coach others to do the same—whether it’s interview preparation, personal statement guidance, or overall strategy. I achieved top grades with three A’s in Biology, Chemistry, and Maths at A-level, and I’ve tutored students from 11+ to A-level in a variety of subjects. Alongside my focus on science and medicine, I have a deep passion for humanities, having studied History and Geography, and I hold a Grade 8 in LAMDA, which has sharpened my public speaking, drama, and English skills. My experience extends beyond the classroom—I’ve volunteered on a pediatric ward, where I gained invaluable experience working with children. I’m passionate about helping students of all ages unlock their potential, whether in science, humanities, or communication skills, and I’m eager to support you in achieving your academic goals.

I’m Mounish Sagar S, currently pursuing an MSc in Artificial Intelligence at Queen Mary University of London. With a Bachelor’s in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology and over two years of industry experience, I combine academic expertise with practical problem-solving skills.

My time at Infosys and Cognizant involved simplifying complex technical concepts for clients and teams, sharpening my ability to communicate effectively—an essential skill for tutoring. I’ve also completed certifications in machine learning, generative AI, and cybersecurity, keeping me updated with the latest advancements.

I’ve worked on projects like developing a multi-user blog platform and a spell-checking algorithm, showcasing creativity and technical proficiency. Passionate about education, I aim to help students overcome challenges, build confidence, and foster a deep understanding of their subjects through clear and engaging explanations.

I am a highly qualified science teacher and an expert private tutor teaching for the past 5 years. A PhD in chemistry, BSc Hons. in biology, and A-levels in physics allows me a wholistic grip over the all three sciences at least up-to A-levels. I have always been a A* student with acumen for hard work and the best possible in life. Although, I have extensive teaching experiences both in the UK and abroad covering a wide range of age and learning groups, my recent teaching works include:

1) GCSE
Biology, chemistry and physics as separate and combined sciences for AQA, Edexcel and OCR exam boards. Strong command over the exam techniques and past papers as well as revision methodologies.

2)Betech Applied Science
I have taught chemistry, biology and physics for Btech Applied Science as a private tutor.

3) A-levels
Biology and chemistry for AQA, OCR and Edexcel exam boards. I have been helping students with exam techniques and revision crash-courses closer to their exam as well as coaching them throughout the year right from the start of their A-levels in their respective subjects.

I have helped A-level students from most of the colleges in the areas of Manchester, Altrincham, Urmston, Salford, stockport and Oldham, and have helped them achieve their maximum potential in their academic career. Tutoring online has allowed me to teach students from across the UK.

4) Foundation/University access courses
Foundation courses for admission into dentistry, and biomedical and health sciences at Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University. I have been teaching the INTO Manchester courses over the past 6 years.

5) Undergraduate course
As an academic support tutor and a lab demonstrator as well as a free lance tutor, I have helped Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University chemistry, biomedical science and nutrition science students over the past 3 years.

6) MSc Chemistry
I have taught Analytical and pharmaceutical chemistry courses for Manchester Met, Robert Gorton and Kingston University.

Assistance with thesis and report writing for chemistry labs. is another area I have been working on as a free lance tutor.

I take pride in the fact that my students demonstrate substantial progress in their grades and the level of confidence over rather short periods of time. My professional approach and dedication to work makes me highly trusted and often recommended by the families I work with. Over the years, while working through the specification of various exam boards, I have mastered the subject knowledge and teaching techniques. My teaching is student-focused and guided by rigorous and target focused assessments. Through continuous reflection I keep improving my lesson planning and delivery to make them better suited for the individual student needs. To see my students progress and amazed as they learn something new, is the moment I enjoy the most in my work as a teacher.
