Hi, my name is Minna and I am dedicated to helping aspiring medical students navigate the complex process of medical school applications. Having successfully gone through it myself, I have a good understanding of the medical school admissions process, the challenges and difficulties that students face, and the support and guidance that they require to make their application a ticket to success. With a strong track record of students receiving offers from various medical schools, I am confident that this could be you too. My focus is on personal statement and interview preparation, including mock interviews, as these are often the areas that students find most challenging and least prepared for.

I received an MBBS and BSc (1st class Honours) from Imperial College London School of Medicine. I have been involved in teaching for the past 6 years and am passionate about helping each individual reach their potential and help them establish a pathway towards their passion in medicine.

Hi! My name is Edie and I am looking forward to meeting you. I, on a personal level, understand the demands and pressures of school, and so I hope to make each tutee’s scholastic life easier by providing study support.
I am currently an undergraduate studying Psychology at Durham University, pursuing a career as an educational psychologist. Hence, I am always ready and happy to help others, especially with academics. I have prior experience helping my brother with his studies in IB and GCSE, alongside volunteering to tutor younger students (age 12-15) in Maths and Biology during my high school years. I have also lived in Asia, Europe and the UK, and hence have a broader understanding of the different cultural pressures associated with education.
In 2024, I graduated from the IB diploma programme in the top 10% of my cohort, so I am no stranger to a good work ethic and using effective study strategies to get top marks. I am also familiar with the high-pressure environment of examinations, and so am able to give advice on how to maintain a work-life balance based on experience if requested. My favourite subjects were Psychology, Biology and Literature, but I mostly miss the supportive educational environment — fostered by my peers and teachers — that enabled me to thrive in my adolescent years. I now strive to create the same warm and informative environment with my future tutees, where questions are not just welcomed but encouraged.

Hi 👋 I’m Kara, a History and Politics graduate from Brasenose college, Oxford! I am super passionate about all things History and Politics as well as International Relations, English literature and Economics. I am available to help students with a wide range of challenges, from Economics A-level to achieving full marks in an EPQ. Outside of studying, I enjoy travelling, reading fiction and all types of exercise, especially the gym and I am a firm believer in having a great work life balance. After studying independently for many months during the pandemic and missing GCSEs, I am in a unique position to understand the mental stress placed on high achieving students who have missed large parts of their education; as your tutor I will do everything I can to support you academically and emotionally.
