Aeronautical Engineering Tutors

My aim is to help you reach any academic goals you have, while also helping you enjoy learning your subject along the way. GCSEs, A-levels and the Oxbridge PAT/ Interview pathway have helped me gather many tips, tricks and resources which I would like to share with you throughout our lessons, many of which I wish I knew before starting my exams.
Whether it is the whole syllabus or just some harder topics, I am here to help you achieve the best results you can. I have enjoyed teaching a range of subjects from Sport to Physics to ages of 8 to 18, and have learnt many different ways to engage students. This means I will be flexible in my teaching methods to make lessons exciting and engaging for you. I am also always up for explaining the challenging and difficult concepts which can come up in Physics, Maths, Chemistry and Engineering in fun and different ways. Hi, I’m Reuben. I’ve just completed my masters in Engineering Science at Oxford University, achieving a double first class. I have 4 years of online tutoring experience and I’m excited to help students achieve their potential.
I’m really enjoying this broad course as it gives me exposure to all forms of engineering before I decide which to specialise in. As the course is so broad, my tutoring expertise remains broad as well as I have kept in practice with skills I learnt across all my A-Levels (Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry).

I am well able to advise on the process of applying to Oxford or Imperial, having received offers from both. I’m also able to provide unique insight into studying engineering, especially in comparing the branches of engineering to each other as I have experience in all of them.

Aside from academics, I enjoy athletics, representing my university team over 400 meters and hurdles. I also enjoy playing poker, particularly at the Oxford University poker society.
