Hi, my name is Lewis! I am currently studying in the UK’s highest ranked University for Computer Science, (Heriot-Watt University) and I share a passion for learning and educating others. From a young age I have always been interested in electronic devices, when I was 14 I taught myself the computer languages C and C++ and from that time I have since excelled at school and entered my dream University. I have faced some challenges in my life, including being an unpaid carer for my my two younger brothers who both have autism, however caring for them over my life has greatly aided in my communication skills and built resilience in tough situations. When I was attending high school I was recognised for my high proficiency in both English and Computer Science, an unusual combination which has greatly aided in my ability to teach others on the subject I am most enthusiastic about.

For as long as I can remember, I’ve been passionate about supporting others to achieve their goals, whether that’s building confidence with new skills, taking the first steps into a new career, or simply realising just how much you’re capable of. Teaching and training isn’t just my job — it’s something I truly enjoy.

Over the past 12 years, I’ve had the chance to work with a wide range of amazing learners, from young students starting out to adults wanting to boost their careers. No matter where someone is in their journey, I believe that learning should feel welcoming, supportive, Fun and tailored to fit who they are.

When I’m not teaching, you’ll usually find me exploring the latest in tech and cyber security (I’m a bit of a tech enthusiast!), solving problems, or finding new ways to keep learning myself. I do like going out too, socialising and enjoying my hobbies too. I’m a big believer that learning never really stops — and that’s exactly the kind of environment I love to create for others, too.

Hello, I’m Skye, a recent Computer Science graduate from Cambridge with 4 A* grades at A-level in Further Mathematics, Mathematics, Computer Science, and Physics. I’ve worked with the Computer Science department in admissions, conducting interviews and crafting interview questions, so bring inside knowledge, tips, and tricks to help you nail the Oxbridge interview. My tutoring experience comes from supervising undergraduate students in the Computer Science department across a range of topics and assisting in hands-on assignments. I worked directly with the Isaac Physics team providing support for their influential STEM-Smart program helping students get into STEM degrees at Cambridge. These experiences have helped me to create a teaching style to push you as well as providing exciting new framings of topics bringing those important aha moments. This isn’t a lecture, we’ll be having open discussions on the trickiest of problems to iron out misunderstandings. I recently graduated with a BSc Computer Science (Hons) degree with First Class Honors. I am currently interviewing with companies to find the right fit for me and have decided to become a tutor to teach people about computers. I am an extremely passionate individual when it comes to computing and have been programming for 5+ years. I generally work in Web development, AI and mobile development and also embedded systems to some extent which include ESP32 boards and Raspberry PI’s. I am currently working on my projects and would love to show them to you if you’re interested so you can learn more about my skills and how I can better suit you. Besides computers, I love playing sports mainly cricket and badminton. I like DJing even though I’m not very good at it and my friends hate the noise. I am planning to pursue a master’s in AI in the future.

Hi, I’m a medical student at Imperial College London with a passion for helping students reach their full potential—both academically and beyond. I achieved A*A A A in Biology, Chemistry, Maths, and AS Physics, and scored 2960 Band 1 in the UCAT, so I know what it takes to succeed in competitive exams and university applications.
