Hello! My name is Yasmin and I’m a final year medical student at the University of Cambridge. I achieved 3A*s at A-level and received offers from Cambridge, UCL, Imperial and KCL for medicine and Queen Mary University for biomedical sciences. In 2022 I received my degree in natural sciences from Cambridge, achieving a 1st in my immunology research project.
Since 2021, I have helped students receive offers for medicine, natural sciences and biomedical sciences, both at Oxbridge and other universities. I enjoy mentoring students and demystifying the application process through sharing my own experiences and that of my previous students.
In addition to my studies and tutoring, I balance academic research, committee roles and extracurricular activities within the Cambridge community. In my free time, I enjoy watching documentaries and playing musical instruments!

Hi, I’m Ray, a medical student currently studying at university and someone who’s been in your shoes not too long ago. With a track record of achieving straight A*s and 9s in my GCSEs and A-Levels, I understand exactly what it takes to excel academically, even under pressure. My focus is on helping you not only achieve your academic goals but also develop a study routine that works for you.

In school, I took on the role of prefect, where I was responsible for mentoring younger students and promoting both academic and sporting excellence. Whether it was delivering presentations to classes or guiding individuals through 1-on-1 sessions, I found great fulfillment in helping others grow and succeed. Those experiences taught me how to explain concepts clearly, adapt to different learning styles, and encourage confidence in students of all levels.

What makes me unique as a tutor is that I bring the perspective of someone who just completed the same journey. I understand the challenges—whether it’s finding motivation, managing stress, or tackling tricky subjects—and I can provide practical strategies to help you overcome them. My study methods are efficient, and I’ll show you how to make the most of your revision time while still carving out space for hobbies, relaxation, and balance. For me, playing sports and staying active was a key part of managing stress, and I encourage finding outlets that keep you energised during exam periods.

If you’re looking for a tutor who not only knows the syllabus but also understands the realities of student life, I’d love to help. Together, we can break down difficult concepts, build your confidence, and create a plan tailored to your goals. Let’s make those grades happen—while keeping the journey as stress-free as possible.

I look forward to working with you, and whatever your academic goals may be, I wish you all the success in the world!

Best,
Prahlad

Hello! My name is Amelia and I am a current student at the University of Sheffield studying Biomedical Science. So far I have achieved a first class with every exam I’ve taken here and I got A*, A*, A at A level. I feel with my experience studying for, and taking exams I can give solid advice and help you smash your (or your child’s) exams too! At A level I took Biology, Modern History and Music so I have proficiency in a wide range of subjects. I’ve always been passionate about learning (that’s why I’m at university!) and throughout high school and sixth form I helped younger students with reading, and Biology at A level. I love helping younger students – passing on my knowledge and advice then seeing the results is really rewarding!
I am a very friendly person, with a lot of patience and a bubbly personality. It would be my absolute pleasure to tutor you and help you succeed in your exams!
