Hello! I’m Mirian, a passionate and patient QTS-certified tutor with over 13 years of experience in teaching maths and Statistics. I also specialising in SEND education (autism, ADHD, dyslexia, SEMH, and complex needs). My approach is warm, adaptable, and rooted in the belief that every child can thrive with the right support. I’ve helped students who’ve struggled in mainstream settings achieve functional skills milestones, GCSE passes, and—most importantly—renewed confidence in their abilities.

Dr Michael was a Honorary Research Fellow of the Department of Economics at the Kingston University. He was also an Associate Professor of Finance at the Richmond American University London and Associate Lecturer of Economics and Statistics at the Open University. Dr Michael specializes in applied econometrics, quantitative finance and labour economics. He published books in economics and statistics, and academic articles in international journal. He was invited by the International University of Applied Sciences to develop a series of economics distance learning modules.

Hi! I’m a recent Economics graduate who loves helping students feel confident and enjoy their learning journey. I’ve always been passionate about Maths, earning top grades from SATs right through to A Levels, and I really enjoy breaking tricky topics down into clear, simple steps that make sense. I also teach Sciences and have plenty of experience preparing students for the 11+, having taken the exams myself, so I understand exactly what the process involves and how best to succeed. My lessons are supportive, encouraging, and designed around each student’s individual needs and goals. I believe learning should feel rewarding, so I combine structured practice with patience, positivity, and practical strategies that build both knowledge and confidence. Whether a student wants to improve exam results, boost their skills, or simply grow their enjoyment of a subject, I aim to create a friendly environment where they feel comfortable asking questions, celebrating progress, and realising what they’re capable of achieving.

I am a patient, rigorous and highly experienced teacher, tutor, educational consultant, textbook writer, course designer and translator with over 8 years experience in the UK and EU.

I took my undergrad studies at the University of Warwick and Sciences Po Paris in PPE, followed by graduate studies in Mathematics and Philosophy at the Sorbonne and the University of Paris.

I teach Mathematics, Further Mathematics, Economics, History, Philosophy, English Literature and languages: French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Latin and Ancient Greek). I teach Mathematics, Economics and Philosophy to Undergraduate level.

Aside from my academic interests, I am passionate about music (especially Jazz, Gospel and Disco) and film, playing the piano, saxophone. I am also avidly interested in politics and current affairs (for better or worse).

Hi, my name is Riya and I am a final year female Economics student at Leicester University.

I am experienced with 11+ and having been to a selective grammar school I have first hand experience of the admissions process. I have previously supported with UK SATS, 11+, Grammar School Admission Tests, GCSEs, A Levels and first year university students.

Working from the age of 16 as a swimming teacher, I am able to adapt and tailor sessions to your needs to help you achieve your personal goals. I am able to support with learning difficulties such as SEN, ADHD, ADD and dyslexic students.
