Hi, I’m Vionnet and I graduated with upper second-class Honours from Durham University in Philosophy, Politics and Economics in 2024. I have been tutoring for over three years, and pride myself in taking a bespoke approach to each of my students. I have also gone on to teach the siblings of many students that I have previously taught. I primarily teach English, History and Latin, but can also teach Economics, Philosophy and Religious Studies. I also have experience with private school admission tests and interviews, with many of my students obtaining offers to their first-choice schools. Previously, I worked as a piano teacher, a primary school teaching assistant and as an equine camp counsellor, so I have lots of experience with children whose ages range from six to sixteen. In my free time, I enjoy crocheting and going to pilates.

Hello! My name is Emily and I am a recent graduate of the University of Oxford, where I read Geography and was awarded an academic scholarship. I am currently studying for a law conversion and will shortly commence a training contract at a magic circle law firm.

I began offering tuition shortly after I completed my A-level studies at Godolphin &
Latymer, where I achieved A*s in Mathematics, Geography, French, Spanish and in an EPQ. Since then I have gained experience supporting primary students working towards 11+ and Common Entrance exams, worked with students preparing for their GCSE and A-level exams, including revision and consolidation work throughout the year as well as exam paper practice and final preparation, and helping students with university applications and transfer work.

I am passionate about learning and love the direct impact 1-to-1 tuition allows me to have on
my students and their own learning journey. I take a keen interest in prompting students’ own independent learning and ensuring their progress with me. My lively, energetic and fun approach helps my students stay engaged and make my sessions memorable.

I am a dedicated and experienced Mathematics teacher with over seven years of teaching experience in both the UK and internationally. I hold a PGCE with QTS and an MSc in Mathematics, providing me with strong subject knowledge and effective teaching techniques. I specialize in teaching Key Stage 3, GCSE, and A-Level Mathematics, tailoring lessons to meet the unique needs of each student. My passion lies in helping students build confidence, improve their grades, and develop a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts.

In addition to classroom teaching, I have extensive experience in one-on-one tutoring, where I focus on creating a supportive and engaging environment. I use interactive tools like Kahoot and Geometer’s Sketchpad to make lessons enjoyable and productive. My approach is student-centered, ensuring that every session is tailored to individual learning goals.
