Minna
About Me
Hi, my name is Minna and I am dedicated to helping aspiring medical students navigate the complex process of medical school applications. Having successfully gone through it myself, I have a good understanding of the medical school admissions process, the challenges and difficulties that students face, and the support and guidance that they require to make their application a ticket to success. With a strong track record of students receiving offers from various medical schools, I am confident that this could be you too. My focus is on personal statement and interview preparation, including mock interviews, as these are often the areas that students find most challenging and least prepared for.
I received an MBBS and BSc (1st class Honours) from Imperial College London School of Medicine. I have been involved in teaching for the past 6 years and am passionate about helping each individual reach their potential and help them establish a pathway towards their passion in medicine.
If you have any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to get in touch! I would be more than happy to answer any questions or to discuss a more personalised study plan in more detail!
My teaching style
I tailor my approach to each student’s needs, focusing on personalized study plans to ensure that the schedule fits around your lifestyle and goals. Another important area of focus is ongoing and personalised feedback, offering specific advice that we can together translate into actionable steps to improve your application materials and interview performance. I also look at stress management to help you develop strategies to manage stress and stay focused throughout the application process. This is particularly important in interviews and also why mock interviews can be incredibly helpful. Finally, I emphasise the importance of up-to-date knowledge to ensure that you have good insight and understanding of the current trends and requirements of medical school admission applications.
