About Me
Hi, my name is Katherine and I am excited to be working with you! I earned a 175 on the LSAT in 2020 and have been teaching the exam for the past four years. I have worked with over one hundred students to give personalized instruction and achieve score increases of 20 points on average.
I live in Braintree, Massachusetts, USA with three close friends and two lovely cats. I graduated from Tufts University in 2020 with the top award in philosophy and humanities. In my free time, I enjoy playing board games, writing poetry, and exploring New England.
While I never went to Law School, my studies focused on the criminal justice system in the United States. I have interned for the Attorney General of Massachusetts, and have performed in Mock Trial for ten years in high school and college. I am excited to help you achieve your law school dreams!
My teaching style
I employ a Socratic, student-centered approach to the exam. Before teaching, I ask questions to understand my students’ thought process and correct errors in reasoning. I break the exam down into question types, and focus on mastering the material before working on timing.
My Proudest Achievements
I am proud to have led the Tufts Mock Trial team to a third place national finish.
