I’m Dr. Legend, a 3x International #1 Best-Selling Author and Veterinarian from Washington, DC. My passion lies in serving as a governmental veterinarian advocating for policy and regulatory changes in animal welfare, agriculture, and international relations. My work has been featured by AVMA, SAVMA, DVM360, Vets for Success, Women Action Takers, and more, reflecting efforts on local, national, and international stages.

I also champion addressing societal and professional challenges such as acceptance, self-image, vulnerability, and imposter syndrome within veterinary practice.

After earning my veterinary degree from the Royal Veterinary College in London in 2023, I’ve earned certifications in burnout prevention, fear-free techniques, well-being education, and preventive healthcare. My clinical interests include sports medicine, pain management, veterinary dentistry, hospice care, and internal medicine.

In my downtime, you’ll often find me at the Basilica of the National Shrine of the Immaculate Conception in DC, traveling, or enjoying time with loved ones.
