7About Me
Hello, I’m Bhargav a recent Maths graduate from UCL with A*A*A*A in my A-levels (Maths, Further maths, Chemistry and Biology) and 6 level 9s in my GCSEs including Maths and all 3 sciences. Furthermore, I also achieved 5 Gold, 2 Silver and 1 Bronze medals in the UK maths challenge. I believe that the great depth of knowledge I have picked up in my academic career and other essential skills such as effective communication which I have developed from doing volunteering and work experience makes me an ideal candidate for tutoring students of all skill levels and this opportunity would help further and solidify my aspirations of becoming a teacher in the future. I also believe that my past experience, though not in a professional setting, massively helps me understand and communicate with children on a level that they can understand making it substantially easier to teach them.
My teaching style
My teaching style can be described as extremely rigorous in terms of the detail that I would go into to make sure my students would understand the topics to the fullest meaning that that depth of understanding would allow them to be able to approach and answer any question no matter if it is similar to the ones they know or not.
My Proudest Achievements
My proudest achievements are of course my vast academic ones, including my mathematics degree and of course my 5 Gold medals in UKMT.
