11About Me
Hey! I’m Morgan, currently a 1st year Medical student at the University of Nottingham, soon to go into my 2nd year. As an ex- IB student, I have a broad knowledge base which spans both the natural and social sciences, with particular interest in Global Politics, which has had me nominated for national and international competitions. When it comes to medical entrance tutoring, my strengths lie in interviews and personal statements, with the ability to help guide you through the UCAT, too. My personal ambition in medicine is currently in the field of orthopaedics.
Outside of academics, I enjoy staying active and social, playing sports such as football, volleyball and basketball, and attending social events when I can. I’ve carried these hobbies into my university life, representing the university at a competitive level in volleyball.

My teaching style
I believe in establishing an approachable and structured teaching environment which encourages both questions and mistakes alike. Promoting self-reflection to find and then improve on weaknesses to maximise confidence. I also value finding the most high-yield, valuable knowledge to maximise our time together and your knowledge base. Furthermore, being easily contactable outside of contact hour to plan sessions and answer any queries which have come about from independent work.
My past experience
I have officially coached Middle School football for my school. Furthermore, I have had several unofficial roles as a tutor to a range of students (KS1 to IB) within my school in the sciences, humanities and maths.
My Proudest Achievements
Some of my proudest academic achievements would be maintaining a high academic standard whilst balancing a competitive sporting life, winning a national championship in the sciences for my extended essay in global politics and then subsequently representing Norway at the European Championships.
