Hossna
About Me
Hello, my name is Hossna, and I am excited to help you get into your choice of university. Coming from a non-healthcare background, I understand the challenges of preparing for medical school interviews and meeting the necessary entry requirements. Through diligent work and extensive research, I successfully secured acceptance in my first application round, and I’m eager to share that valuable experience with others.
I am currently in my third year of Medicine at Cardiff University, and I absolutely love it! Having undergone MMI-style interviews during my admission process, I also prepared for various other interview formats. I possess the adaptability to assist you with your unique tutoring requirements whether it is GCSEs, A levels or university admission/interviews. I am looking forward to it.
My teaching style
I like to adapt my teaching to my student. Personally, I learn in a visual manner and I find that this helps simplify explanations to gain a better understanding of a concept. Repetition and returning to concepts can also help consolidate knowledge too.
My past experience
Within the university there are schemes where I have the opportunity to teach other medical students in year 1 and 2 to help them out with the content and practicing for exams e.g. ISCEs, Progress test etc.
