9About Me
I am currently a fourth-year Medical student at UCLan. I am an enthusiastic and patient teacher who enjoys sharing knowledge. I especially enjoy seeing the happiness on students’ faces when they get the right answer/understand a concept. I also support my university on the UniBuddy platform where I help answer prospective student’s questions about my university. this has helped me in building a good structure and also good social skills. I have had experience tutoring back when I was in high school and enjoyed it immensely. I also love to help students with their Medical school applications as this was something I missed having and now know the importance of! I thoroughly enjoy meeting people and helping them as much as I can. I hope that I can help make a small difference by helping you with your education or even Medical school interviews/application!
My teaching style
I enjoy interactive sessions where both the student and I get immersed in understanding concepts and solving questions. I also give a ten-minute break at the hour mark as I have realized how much the brain can get saturated after studying for long. I always make sure to ask the student at the beginning of the session what their doubts are and try to clear all of them by the end of the session. I have made the practice of asking for feedback from every student to see how I can improve as well!
My Proudest Achievements
My proudest achievement was getting to medical School as this is still considered a big accomplishment. I also take pride in scoring an 8.5 on my IELTS test!
