About Me
Hi, I’m Joshini, a 3rd-year medical student at Imperial College London. Applying to medicine can be a long process with many hurdles, such as the UCAT, writing an impressive personal statement, and preparing for interviews. I’m here to guide you through it all. I remember how much of a difference my tutors made during my GCSEs and A-levels, and now I want to be that person for you.
I’ve worked with students to sharpen their exam skills, build confidence in interviews, and craft compelling personal statements to help them stand out among other applicants. My sessions are engaging and tailored to your specific needs, so you can confidently tackle each step of the process.
I love working with students to bring out their best and can’t wait to help you feel confident and ready as you work towards your goal of becoming a doctor. Let’s take this step together and make your medical school dreams come true!
My teaching style
I believe in tailoring my approach to each individual student and their unique learning style. By assessing where you currently stand, we can set future goals and work together to achieve them. With experience guiding students from primary school to A-level, I’m confident in my ability to break down complex concepts into simple, manageable ideas. I focus on making learning less intimidating by using a variety of techniques, including visual cues, practice questions, and discussions.
My past experience
I have extensive experience tutoring students for a wide range of exams and applications, from the 11+ and GCSEs to A-levels and medical school admissions. I’ve helped many students hit their targets and even secure spots at top universities like Imperial College London. Over the years, I’ve developed a strong understanding of the exam techniques required to succeed in these areas, and I’m ready to share my tips and tricks with you!
My Proudest Achievements
