1About Me
Hi,
It’s lovely to e-meet you! My name is Sam, and I am an experienced HR professional, with particular expertise in Employment Law and Workplace Culture. I also mark CIPD assignments, so I am perfectly placed to assist you with your CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification. My sessions are relaxed, informal and offer practical advice and guidance on how to pass your CIPD qualification. We can also explore themes and concepts and how to best apply your knowledge to the response.
I am based in the North East of England but that is no barrier today! I have previously worked in retail management before transitioning to an HR based role as I have always had a passion for people development and improving the employee experience.

My teaching style
My teaching style is relaxed and informal and guided by the areas and topics that you wish to explore. Are you struggling to understand or develop a rewards strategy for your submission? Perhaps you are unsure of what legislation applies to particular employee relations processes. We work through whichever module you want.

Yes, I have conducted many training sessions on the subject of HR and Employment Law as well as marking CIPD assignments weekly.
My Proudest Achievements
My proudest achieve is obtaining the qualifications I have whilst in full-time employment. I wanted to change my career so I understand the sacrifices that current students are making to make that big step.
