About Me

Hello! I’m Aishwarya and I am a third year medical student at UCL. Having just gone through the entire medical admissions process with a 100% success rate, I am keen to help with every aspect of the process! I would love to share tips and techniques that could will cumulatively make a huge difference. Practice is key! Alongside UCL, I received interviews (MMI and panel) and offers from Imperial, King’s College London and St George’s University of London. My UCAT score was in the top 12% of applicants (and I scored 800 in Abstract Reasoning), I achieved a score of 14.4A in my BMAT (scoring 4A in my essay) and I scored 94% in my King’s College London Interview.

My key advice is that the medical admissions process is a marathon, not a sprint. Be sure to organise your time well, focusing primarily on our weaknesses – we can work together to identify and tackle these! Be sure to practice as much as is feasible. Remember to work smart. Aim high, anything is possible.

Please feel free to get in touch and ask me any questions! I am always happy to help.

My teaching style

My teaching style is tailored specifically to each student and thus changes a fair bit. Generally speaking, it involves first identifying the strengths and weaknesses of the student, nailing the theory for fundamental topics (as well as continuous practice of those topics) and plenty of mock exams/interviews to ensure all the skills developed can be practiced by the student in a cumulative manner.

My past experience

I have over 250 hours of tutoring and teaching experience!

My Proudest Achievements

Achieving a Distinction at LAMDA Grade 8 has definitely got to be one of my proudest achievements; it is something I worked very hard for! Getting all 4 of my medical school interviews and offers (and that too in the first day or two of when offers were first handed out for 3/4 of the universities I had applied to) is also something I am definitely proud of.
