I’m a passionate, bubbly, and energetic educator with over five years of experience inspiring young minds in both primary and secondary settings. Originally primary-trained, I transitioned into secondary teaching where I currently specialise in Religious Education. My broad classroom and tutoring experience has equipped me with the adaptability to support learners of all abilities across a wide range of subjects and key stages. I bring warmth, enthusiasm, and a deep commitment to student progress, whether I’m preparing pupils for SATs, GCSEs, or A-Level exams, or boosting their confidence in everyday learning. Known for my engaging teaching style and student-centred approach, I create safe and stimulating environments where learners feel heard, challenged, and celebrated. My holistic teaching philosophy nurtures both academic growth and personal development, empowering students to reach their full potential.

My teaching style is dynamic, student-centred, and highly adaptive. I bring warmth and energy into every lesson, creating an environment where students feel supported, motivated, and confident to take risks in their learning. I tailor my approach to meet the individual needs of each learner, using clear explanations, targeted questioning, real-life examples, and scaffolded guidance to build both understanding and self-belief. I prioritise engagement—whether that’s through interactive discussions, creative activities, or structured exam practice—while keeping a strong focus on progress. I’m also reflective in my practice, always looking for ways to improve and adapt so that every student can thrive both academically and personally.

My Proudest Achievements
One of my proudest achievements is completing my master’s degree in Educational Psychology, which deepened my understanding of how students learn and how to support them holistically. I’m also incredibly proud of the impact I’ve made in the classroom over the past five years—helping students grow in confidence, exceed their target grades, and develop a genuine love for learning. Additionally, I’ve taken on leadership roles such as being a Designated Safeguarding Lead, planned and led successful school trips, and taught A-Level RE, all of which have strengthened my ability to lead, support, and inspire both students and colleagues.
