Hi! I’m Ahmed, a second-year medical student at Brighton and Sussex Medical School (BSMS) with a strong passion for tutoring and helping students reach their full potential. I’ve previously tutored KS3, GCSE, and A-level students in a variety of subjects, and I have also worked at a learning center supporting underprivileged children in English and math.
I enjoy working one-on-one with students, understanding their individual learning styles, and helping them build both confidence and academic success. Whether you need support in science, maths, or English, I’m here to guide you step by step.
Outside of studying medicine, I’m captain of the BSMS football team, and I love keeping active through the gym and table tennis
I’m genuinely excited to support students in their academic journey, and work together to make their goals a reality.
My teaching style
My teaching style is student-focused and adaptable. I tailor each session to the student’s needs, breaking down complex concepts into manageable steps. I encourage active participation and always check understanding throughout the lesson. I focus on building confidence as well as knowledge, using real exam questions and techniques to improve performance.
My past experience
I’ve tutored KS3, GCSE, and A-level maths, English , biology, and chemistry, successfully helping several students make drastic improvements over a short period of time. I also previously worked in a learning center for underprivileged children, where I gained valuable experience adapting lessons to different learning styles and abilities.
