About Me
Hello,
I am a current third year student at Exeter College, Oxford reading Law with French Law. My research is particularly focused on the intersection between law, neuroscience and bioethics and is rooted in a comparative and interdisciplinary approach.
I live between London and Paris, tutoring in both of these areas and online. I am well aware of the rigours of elite higher education admissions processes and always aim to foster a culture of confidence and support to help combat stress.
I have over three years of tutoring experience and 2 years of admissions tutoring experience. I only tutor subjects in which I achieved a top grade and feel that I could make a positive impact on my student’s learning experience. My approach is person centred and caters to the individual needs of each client. I have a genuine enthusiasm for helping people achieve their goals, especially in an academic setting.
When not buried in books you’ll find me training for the Paris marathon or playing netball.
I look forward to hearing from you!
My teaching style
My teaching style is very individual and I cater to the specific needs of each student. When working together I take the time to establish what works best for the student and how we can adapt future sessions to tailor them to this style. I teach in a variety of methods but always focus on creating an environment where the student can actively participate and feels comfortable asking questions without feeling as though they are being judged, as this can be a pressure felt in classrooms.
My past experience
I have been tutoring GCSE’s for 4 years now and A-Levels/University admissions for another 2.
My Proudest Achievements
I’ll never forget the day that I got into Oxford and frantically called my mum to tell her. I also love physical challenges like running half marathons!
