Hi!
My name is Evie and I am a 4th Year Material Scientist at the University of Oxford. I love teaching and I have a particular passion for teaching science and maths. I am dedicated and patient and I love to inspire a love of the STEM subjects in my students!
I can help with general KS2, KS3 and GCSE subjects, along with A Level Chemistry, Physics and Maths. With my background in Engineering, I can also help with scientific university Interview practice and personal statements as I have done with students in the past. Whether you are looking to improve your confidence for a subject, getting ready for exams or just want to expand your knowledge of a subject, I am a passionate and experienced tutor who would love to help you on your academic journey!
I believe every learning journey is personal to the student and I would strive to make the learning as beneficial and engaging as possible for you.

My teaching style
My teaching style is mainly one on one teaching with students so I can identify what they understand and don’t understand, to make the lessons most suitable. I also like to give activities and work to keep learning fun, engaging and as beneficial to the student as possible.
My past experience
I do have past experience with A Level physics and maths tutoring, along with Oxbridge interview tutoring and PAT preparation tutoring, from which my student received an Oxford Offer.
My Proudest Achievements
My proudest achievement would definitely be getting into the University of Oxford and studying a subject that I adore here.
