38About Me
Recently I am Teaching at Teaching Personnel from April – 2025 and Priory I am in Gifted
& Talented Organization as a Mathematic Tutor from November – 2021. I have taught more than
100 students at Gifted & Talented Organization and the students’ grades increased an average of
15% in a year. Possession of skills to develop customized lesson plans for student’s different
grade levels expressed different learning skills. Familiar with using modern teaching equipment
and methodologies along with digital sources and interactive lessons to keep students engaged
and to master mathematical ideas. Good communicator, committed to making the learning
environment supportive and effective while students get their academic goals. Where more than 30 students received individualized tutoring outside of regular class hours to bolster their math skills and deal with issues of learning, 90% rate of achieving academic goals
My teaching style
1) Taught mathematics to more than one hundred and fifty students per annum and
that affect their total performance score by fifteen percent as evidenced by
cumulative examination results.
2) Provided individual learning plans for over 30 children with learning difficulties
and increased children’s performance by an average of 20 percent.
3) Integrated educations technology tools such as; interactive whiteboards when
teaching 95% of lessons keeping the learners fully engaged.
4) Designed and evaluated more than one hundred quizzes and assignments per year,
based on curriculum and development standards and the students’ learning data.
5) Supervised classes of 1-30 students with effective positive behavior and student
retention ratio of 95% for the whole academic year.
My past experience
Mathematics Teacher: Gifted & Talented Organization
• Tailored lesson plan and concentrated individual support helped me success it for
more than 100 students and raised their grades by an average of 15% amongst 85%
of students within first academic year.
• Created and executed over 50 personalized lesson plans tailored to the skill set of
students to augment student engagement and improve comprehension of topics
ranging from algebra to calculus.

• I administered weekly quizzes and monthly tests and students saw a 25%
improvement in test scores across the student body year over year.
