About Me
Hi! I’m Sophia, an international student from Luxembourg currently studying at the University of Cambridge. I completed the European Baccalaureate in Luxembourg, where my passion for understanding the complexities of our world first took root. This passion led me to pursue Land Economy, a unique and dynamic course that beautifully intertwines Law, Economics, and Environmental studies. I am particularly drawn to how these fields connect and influence each other in shaping our society and addressing the pressing global challenges we face today.
Beyond my academic interests, I find joy and balance in rowing. I’m proud to be part of my college’s top rowing team, where the teamwork and discipline required in the sport mirror the dedication I bring to my studies. I believe that the skills and insights I’ve gained, both in and out of the classroom, equip me to guide others through their academic journey. I’m eager to share my experience with the UCAS process, from refining personal statements to mastering Oxbridge interviews, and help you navigate your own path to Cambridge with confidence and success.
My teaching style
My teaching style is highly interactive and focused on thorough engagement with each student’s work. I provide detailed feedback at every stage of progress, encouraging continuous improvement until the student achieves a result they are truly satisfied with.
