My teaching style
I believe in a bespoke approach, since every student is different. This involves tailoring my method and way of explaining to each individual.
Concretely, I put an emphasis on problem solving methods, and encourage my students to think out loud. After every session, I set homework, which we then go over in the next session. After going over the homework, I re-explain certain concepts if necessary, and make sure they are well understood. Finally, I let the student attempt some mock questions under my supervision, giving hints or pointers where necessary.
My past experience
I have been tutoring since 2019,
and have been helping students prepare for admissions tests and interviews since 2021.
My Proudest Achievements
My proudest achievements include being the first student from my school to go to Cambridge, and finishing my bachelor’s degree with a First.
Now, I use the knowledge I acquired to help students get into their dream university by teaching them the necessary skills.
